We were very happy with our oceanfront 2 bd/2 bath condo! The condo and the property were extremely clean and security was very good. The view from our balcony was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with all needed items, and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there were 3 tvs. We did have an issue with 1 toilet not flushing properly, but maintenance came quickly. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony - there should be more for a 2 bedroom condo.

The condo itself was very nice. The price was completely misleading. The add showed a price much in line with other hotels, but when you clicked on book, they added in "tax recovery cost" that made the nightly price double from what was advertised, plus all the fine print and policy things about extra charges if you didn't empty your own trash before leaving, and so on. I can't stress enough how misleading the price is. will not stay here again!

The view was AMAZING! Unit was clean and spacious. Some of the furniture looked a little worn but still clean. Building felt very safe. Staff was friendly.

Misleading ad
This locations ad was misleading for bed count. When we arrived we were greeted by two rooms with misinformed bed sizes and two twin beds missing. When we contacted the seller/rental company they advised us that the twin beds were blow up mattresses. Considering the price of this unit, expecting my family to sleep on blow up mattresses is ridiculous. The units furniture was sub par and needed a good clean. The building itself was very tired. The perk was clearly it’s location on the beach and by a great restaurant. Despite the rental company reimbursing us some of our fees for their misleading ad, I would not go back. There were notices around the entire apartment (threatening nature) about the A/C, beds etc. Not a welcoming or warm environment. This was our vacation - not a trial of how much ac we could save or how well we refolded inflatable beds (to avoid FEES)! We are responsible renters and the threats/notices were tacky. Tip: Honesty is the best policy for renting a unit out to travellers. If you mislead them, they will never come back and not recommend your unit to anyone after they leave.

We saw mixed reviews of the property. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite for a week. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and it was pleasently nice. Location is excellent away from the noise of the strip but still close enough to enjoy it.
