I don't know why they charge a cleaning fee. The apartment didn't feel clean. There was food in the sink. The balcony cushions we're dirty. The pillows on the best were old. I didn't love the place.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Quiet neighborhood.

A lovely spacious apartment for a good value. The rooftop pool was lovely and the people who run the place are very nice and responsive. The only minor detail lacking was that our unit had a lot of scuffs and dirty places on the white walls that could be easily painted for a nice clean look.

No reception was challenging but overall a good location away from the madding crowds

there is a surcharge of $125 for cleaning upon arrival however after walking around the apt for 2 hours unpacking barefoot our feet were black various kitchenalia was unclean. the front apt was noisey barking dogs from the dog exercise area over the road, noise from the lift, apt doors shut with a bang chose this apt from feedbacks left by others expected 4 star accommodation but never got it spent a lot of time sorting out problems. baths did not hold water, sinks did not hold water, not enough pillows, chipped crockery, broken lamp so no light one end of the lounge 1st night, toaster worked for 1 day, ironing board broken, sharp knives broken, air con worked well but very noisey when working, use of the washing machine meant no hot water left for a bath or a shower some 12 hours later, the ice machine on the freezer was blocked, no egg cups, no jug , no baking tray, no grater, no basics like salt/pepper, no saucepans, 2 frying pans were warped and did not lie level on the hob. we thought that there would be someone on site during the day like a reception desk area to provide any help needed but you are on your own and have to phone the office or manager and wait for people to arrive. the roof top pool area is very nice but if several families were to use it then there would not be enough room/seating the pool is unheated and was too cold for us to swim in. if you have a cra it is $20 a day to park walking is 15-20 mins to get to any shops/restaurants so fairly remote.

Very nice one bedroom apartment, big balcony with big windows that had broken blinds which made me a little uncomfortable. There was strands of hair on the floors, in the bathroom and in the blankets. There were no face towels available. The patio furniture was dirty and had missing cushions. The view from the balcony was nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

There wasn’t anything special about this accommodation. The key was difficult to use, there was insects on the floor and bed that we had to quickly buy washing tablets to wash the sheets. The rooms are extremely hot at night as the AC wasn’t cold enough. The wi-fi kept cutting off and had to call for assistance. The pool was dirty and smaller than what was shown in the picture. We’ve stayed in more better places in Florida.

What a great find! We will never stay in a Miami hotel again. The condo was immaculate and so comfortable. Huge closets, washer/dryer in the kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Perfect for families.

Very large, clean and luxurious accomodations. The Property Mgr was also terrific in helping us cut a lock off our suit case as we brought the wrong key
