Such a beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Would recommend to all. Great location for airport travel.

No free parking and the $250 hold on my charge card.

The property was nice however the room/bathroom could have been cleaned better. We had $50 worth of breakfast delivered by Uber Eats that was delivered to the front desk the mysteriously ended up missing. Pretty sure someone who worked the front desk ate our food. They offered to comp parking fees and three meals from their Bistro. When calling the next am for my “comped” meals I’m told it’s only two meals (when it’s three guests staying in my room) and could only order certain items - limiting to one hot item and one hot coffee for two guests. I didn’t not like that you offer to comp my meal then try to dictate what I order. I called and spoke to the supposed manager on duty about my issue with the breakfast, she offered to Comp my first night. Now of course when I receive my invoice on the day I check out no night has been comped. When I called the front desk they proceed to tell me that the person I spoke to was basically a team lead and doesn’t have authorization to comp guests nights. So now I need to go down to the front desk after 8am to speak to the actual manager. Nice property but not that nice to deal with a front desk that eats your food deliveries or the hassle and to not make it right. This is our first and last time we stay here.

Excellent service, modern and extremely clean.

We had a good stay. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are generously sized. Breakfast was basic but the attendant was very helpful. All the staff were friendly. Nice to have a grocery store and fast food across the street. My only complaint would be the $15 parking charge, especially since we checked in at midnight. You could still give guests a parking pass so that parking isn't abused but not charge your guests who have already paid for a room. Especially since the parking isn't secured by any means. We would stay here again.

This hotel has fleas!!! The staff doesn’t care AT ALL, the building was 90 degrees inside and I was there for 3 days and it was never resolved. It wasn’t until the second day that I noticed I was getting bitten. I thought it was a mosquito bite, but then I noticed dead fleas in the BRAND NEW “clean towels” !! I told Mangement and not only did they not seem shocked or come to see when I was offering to show them.. but what it more shocking is that they don’t seem to have a plan to resolve it. So I have to take all my things to a laundromat and go to a different hotel, Hopefully one that’s not in such a bad neighborhood.

The Property as a whole was very clean and the room was exceptional 👌

Beautiful hotel , wonderful rooms , clean and updated. Smelled good, kind staff.

I liked the place but wife did not like the smell or the carpet.
