Broadmore Miami Beach

Location was the reason we chose this hotel, across the street from the beach. The pool is small but nice. The hotel is old but in decent shape and rooms are very small. We had to get new keycards 4 times because the keys stopped working. Very short on amenities, no iron, microwave or hairdryer. Housekeeping didn’t come once during our 4 day stay not even to give us fresh towels or take out the garbage. And before you ask if this is an over-site, they had a sign on the counter that says they won’t change the sheets any more that once every 3 days. When we asked for fresh towels you’d think we were asking for a free night stay.

I was very disappointed after check-in. the room seemed like it hasn't been cleaned or occupied in months. The manager was very friendly to issue a refund and we booked another hotel off of hotels.com that was very exceptional. I never had an issue using hotels.com until now but it definitely was the responsibility of the hotel why the room was not ready.

Covid justify everything, rooms can not be clean everyday, towels change upon request, the same for toiletries, chairs on the beach does not have contract yet, luggage can not be store because of Covid , staff does not know the wifi password, until next day, I did not see people clean the common areas neither , it was a disaster our stay , they are doing business, without business

Stayed there 5 days no one would clean room until day before we checked out. Ask staff at desk several times for the room to be cleaned to no avail. I asked for sheets, towels, broom to clean myself since there was slot sand on floors since hotel is right on the beach, which is a plus. There was no free breakfast. Only good thing about hotel was ocean view from room and that hotel was on the beach.

Friendly staff, hotel a little dated but fine for one night stay.

Horrible place! Stay away! Room full of mold. Unclean bathroom. People shouting & fighting all night long, banging walls. When asking front desk, no help until we got into altercation. No breakfast, despite website claiming there is breakfast. Rude front desk. Never going back!

Its a nice place to stay overnight and a beach just a block away.

1) $18 charged for resort fee is a scam frothier who are staying M-W because there are no beach chairs. They are only available on the beach Th-Sun 2) There is no breakfast still even though hotels can provide you with to go breakfast of they say they offer one- this hotel makes you pay $18 for nothing M-W 3) microwave only available downstairs and had a cockroach in it (inside the timer screen) meaning it was so inside that their eggs probably all over it. Did talk to staff about it and showed it to them. They aware. 4) due to Covid the room service also unavailable but ladies are nice to give you change of towels or sheets. 5) hot water or glasses not available most the time at the reception so if you do want coffee at some point there is no coffe, but tea on occasion if you ask the staff. Location is very good that why we chose it bc I lived in Miami but not the best hotel if you want a really comfortable vacation.

You have to park in public parking and very difficult to find a spot in busy time. The hotel did not keep their promise. I booked this hotel after filtering 'free breakfast' option, but they did not provide any breakfast. I do not care the reason of not serving the breakfast (the excuse was covid-19), if you cannot provide any service mention it in the website or compensate that. In this case if you can not provide buffet breakfast, why don't you provide 'packet breakfast'. I'm really disappointed with this service.
