We thought the location was fantastic, and we always love coming to St George. The walk ability from the condo to all the major local restaurants was especially key. The inside of the condo was sandy, dated, and in disrepair. The porch ceilings leaked, especially downstairs, the sliding doors downstairs were very hard to open and close. The upstairs French doors had a leak inside them that made them opaque. The beach could only be accessed through the front door, which led to a lot of sand being tracked in. Also the water heater was turned on low, so it was hard for more than one person in a row to shower. Fix this place up, and it would be great!

The property is exactly how the pictures shows. The roof on the porch is damaged and without light. The inside is outdated but functioning and clean.

It was very suitable for our needs, and we enjoyed it. It could definitely use some minor repairs and sprucing up (paint, common area furniture, and porch). Check in/out was very easy.

House advertised as 3 bedroom. The master and queen bedrooms on ground floor were fine...beds comfy. BUT the third “bedroom” is actually an open loft above the second floor living area wih two youth sized cots with mattresses that are about 3 inches thick (if that!)....I’ve spent many a night on an Army cot, and believe me, these were worse! Would be OK for kids, but adults...no way! My overall impression is this place provides the bare minimum required, and it is in serious need of some updating. It just looks OLD and TIRED. One of deck doors lost its interior gas, so you can’t see out on that side; the broom kept coming off the handle, the dustpan has only half its rubber edging so trying to sweep up sand was frustrating, no dish drainer, lousy outside “shower”, and no outside steps from decks to sand. The hot/cold taps in second bathroom are reversed. On the plus side, the staff at the rental agency were very pleasant and were very helpful with evacuation during the storm. The storm tore off the upstairs deck soffit, and their contractor Mike was there in a jiffy and got it replaced the very next day. Would we rent this house again....NO. Would we rent from this agency again, Yes.

Although the property is “beach front” there is no direct access to the beach. There are NO stairs/steps on the beach side of the house. In fact, the only ingress/egress to the house is the front door. So, each time anyone wants to go down to the beach, they must go out the front door, walk around the house to get to the beach. The worst part of that is the flip side—coming off the beach requires going through the front door and tracking sand all through the house. (Is this legal-does it meet the fire code to have only one exit in a home??? I certainly would not have rented had I known that. Huge risk if there’s a fire!!!!) Regarding beach access, one must walk over to the neighbor’s property to get to a path down to the beach. Cannot be accessed from this property alone. As others have commented, the inside is old and tired. Not only does it look like it hasn’t been updated since it was built, it’s not even well maintained. Finally, the master bedroom is huge BUT the master bath is TINY. Can’t believe the original design didn’t use a bit of the unused master bedroom space and make the bathroom larger! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because sitting on the porch/deck, you can see the water. Be forewarned- Go elsewhere! B Lee

The interior of the property is tired as it’s obvious there has been much use. Floors, carpet, windows, deck, etc. are functional but very worn. The management company for this property is on the island and they were fantastic.

Extremely disappointed with the obstructed view from the living room. One door was frosted due to broken seal in the glass. One half of our view was obstructed.

We had an awesome vacation (2 adults, 2 kids). The location of the house was perfect for us - easy to get to the beach and super close to things to do in town. The house could use some TLC.
