Location was superb, close to Termini station and HOHO bus. Staff was very friendly and helpful to our group of ten, helped secure a room on the spot for family member. Well kept building, large breakfast room, pleasant terrace near entrance. Second floor rooms have access to balcony. Would stay here again.

The rooms were dated and old, the rugs were old, stained and dirty, etc..

The hotel was very nice and well located. My only complaint is that a nearby restaurant was recommended which turned out to be very poor - while right across the street was a really good and reasonably priced restaurant!

Ants in room and son found one n his breakfast food. A/c didn’t work well. Room was dingy.

Location is good proximity to train station, restaurants and attractions on that side of Rome. Lobby was staffed 24 hours which made it seem safe and the clerk was helpful. Room itself was EXTREMELY small and was located just above an outdoor cafe of some sort, so the evening noise was very disturbing and not peaceful at all. Bathroom had been remodeled and although it was small, it was clean and shower was good. Almost impossible to walk between bed and wall! Breakfast was ok, but some hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit would have been welcome. We had to leave extremely early the day we departed and could not even get a cup of coffee. It seemed some renovations were underway off the lobby which would make a nice sitting area.

The property was perfect and the owner/staff were excellent. Although we only stayed one night, the accommodations were very comfortable and near to the Rome Termini so that we could catch a train the next day to Chiusi.

Great location close to the train station. Rooms were small and the shower enclosures ridiculously tiny but rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable so we managed. Reception staff very helpful. Nice little courtyard outside to relax in.

It was close to Termini station for overnight stay leaving early morning. When we entered the room, it was smelling bad so we requested to have a new room and they were happy to give us a new room. It is a good basic hotel with very friendly staff and there are lots of restaurant nearby for good food
