While the rooms offer a nice lay-out with two full baths, balcony and king bed, the overall feel of the property is it is need of an update. It is under staffed and, in some cases, poorly staffed by those who should not be customer facing or speak little to no English. The Valet was worthless and more interested in his phone than the lot jammed with cars. The furnishings, from the lobby to the rooms, could use a deep cleaning or fabric replacement - same for hallway carpets. All are badly stained. The clientele ranges from mostly orthodox to younger down for a fun time - an odd mix and not what we were looking for.

The staff was nice but overworked and understaffed. But understandably under Covid restrictions. Room is well designed and housekeeping is very good. Great bay front room with 2 bathrooms Hot tub in pool area didn’t work during our entire stay. GREAT LOCATION. Really nice hotel.

Nice place and great view

I never had worse service in my life. The front desk was especially rude. Due to COVID there were only cleaning the rooms on certain days, we were promised housekeeping on thursday but NEVER received it! Disgusting

They will not clean your rooms. very unfortunate.

I don’t get the negative reviews as my experience was fantastic. Great facility, great value. Only down side is it’s .3 miles over a bridge to Starbucks, CVS and a handful of restaurants. Too far if raining or 97 degrees.

The whole location was amazingly beautiful!!!! The staff were very friendly and we absolutely loved out night time valet. My only bummer was the spa was not working. That would have been the cherry on top. But the rooms were super modern, super clean, and the water view was to die for. I look forward to booking this location again.
