The place was old but clean. Beds were terrible. Springs could be felt in mattress, squeaky. You could tell they were old. Pillows were flat. TV was very small. Other than that it was nice and quaint.
This was perfect for what we needed. Clean, great location, and pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
I felt very safe as far as sanitation. And the continental breakfast offerings were great. The Bed: not so great. Very bouncy and slept Plus no AC..
The staff was super and went above and beyond. Unit 3 is in dire need of a plumbing overhaul as the shower was no more than a trickle.
Great location to Acadia Park, very nice and helpful staff.
Nice, quiet little inn super close to Acadia entrance and ten minutes drive to bar harbor. The market next door has all the little necessities and the continental breakfast is great. It's a little bare bones and maybe a little old, but it was a great stay all in all!
Average. Convenient enough place to stay, decently clean, plenty of breakfast options (continental style), but walls are very thin and price is too high for what it is.
Otter Creek was a perfect base for our excursions into Acadia NP. If you like staying in a place that's in the heart of all of a tourist town bustle, this isn't the place to stay. If you like a quiet location away from the crowds and traffic, this is the place (though only a 10min drive to get to all the madness).
Very inviting The breakfast area made it feel like a bread and breakfast instead of a hotel, a pleasant indeed. Both bakery type food and other things, many choices. People could chatter and enjoy each other's company, 'Nice painting done in the bathroom of flowers, frig, coffeemaker. couch, tv with many channels.T Water pressure great pressure for taking a shower. Wonderful tables and chairs outside if you wanted to spend time outside. Her store was well stocked for my needs. A little paint in some spots needed for building.
Great place to stay when visiting Acadia: quiet location away from the craziness of Bar Harbor, but still only 10-15 mintues from town and a good chunk of the trailheads. Also loved having the market next door, which has pretty much anything you could need. We left very satisfied and would definitely stay there again if we revisit the area!
