We thoroughly enjoyed this villa, the island, the food and the people. The villa is arranged in 2 apartments for convenience. Both are well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Great views of the nearby sea from the deck. The water is within meters of the villa and is perfect for swimming and sunning. The local towns of Milna and Bobovisca are exceptionally picturesque and have great restaurants. A definite must is the hike to the Pustinja Blaca monestary. Will definitely consider this villa and island on our next visit to Croatia

We flew into Split airport at approx 10pm and easily got a taxi transfer for 7 of us to Split ferry port (400 kuna). Here the ferry ticket office was still open and we bought tickets for the Split to Supetar ferry at midnight. We arranged collection at Supetar prior to our arrival with Ivica vlahović (300 kuna) and were taken directly to the villa. Here we were met by the owners daughter, Milena, even though it was 01.00 in the morning. The villa is laid out as two separate apartments, with no internal connection. Each apartment has its own key. Downstairs has a living/dining room, bathroom with shower, kitchen area, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom. It also has a terrace with large outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. Upstairs also has a bathroom with shower, kitchen, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 double bedroom, living area and terrace overlooking the pool with sea view. Outside there is a small pool with loungers and outside sofa seating area. Around the rear of the property is a barbeque area. The villa is very clean and well looked after. The walk to the sea is about 2 minutes. There is no beach as such. Every property in the area has an allocated spot on the rocks which many have levelled and made useable. The sea is clear and lovely. Not a great deal of fish life is you are interested in snorkelling and lots of sea urchins. The nearest village is Milna which is about a 30 minute walk along an inland country road. There is no coastal route. There are several other villas near the property but nothing else, no shops. everything is in Milna. We liked the seclusion and quiet, but it is something to be aware of. We arranged car hire for two days within the week from eRentacar, recommended by the owner. They will bring a car to milna for you to collect or, for 100 kuna extra, will deliver it to the villa. During this time we visited Bol and used the car to stock up our supplies. I would recommend this property if you are looking to escape the crowds and close proximity to the sea is important to you.

The holiday home is very convenient, offering everything that is needed for a great family holiday. It is divided into two units which makes it a perfect option for two families. The pool is a nice bonus, especially for kids. What really makes the house special is the sheltered bay in which it is situated - with its calm waters, it is ideal for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a family holiday in a peaceful location.

The house is located in a great spot. Milena met us at the house when we arrived. My family of five ( teenage and grown up daughters) really enjoyed to have the sea with incredible clear water next to the house. The house with two apartments feelt spacious with comfortable beds. We did not get the AC upstairs to work and texted Slavica. She responded by sending a lady within one hour. We solved the issue with some assistance over the phone and thereafter the AC worked efficiently. The equipments in the two kitchens were good although we missed a good mocca/espresso machine. The patio is wonderful to hang around in and the small pool is nice. The road to Milna is very narrow, two cars cannot meet. We walked in to Milna every day yo get fresh bread and fruit, a one hour walk back and fourth. Milna is a small and rather quite, mostly boat tourists. We recommend restaurant Palma in Milna and do not miss the rural restaurant 1- 1.5 km along the road to Milna. A car is recommended.

Wir sind zwei befreundete Familien und haben uns dieses Ferienhaus mit separaten Wohnungen 07/2018 geteilt. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen, die wir aufgrund des Preises und der positiven Bewertungen hatten, nicht annähernd erfüllt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Ort Milna zu weit entfernt war, um ohne Auto einzukaufen oder am Abend ins Restaurant zu gehen. Da es in Milna keinen einigermaßen gut sortierten Supermarkt gab, blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als zum Einkaufen bis ins 25km entfernte Supetar zu fahren, was bei den Straßenverhältnissen jedoch 45min one way von unserer wertvollen Urlaubszeit in Anspruch nahm. Um dann Essen zuzubereiten bzw. zu kochen, war in der unteren Küche zwischen den Schränken max. ein m2 Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war ebenfalls sehr spartanisch. Die Parksituation am Haus stellte für 2 PKW eine enorme Herausforderung dar. Alles war sehr eng, das eine Auto konnte nur bewegt werden, wenn man das andere weg fuhr. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Mobiliars ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Eine gefährlich wackelige Poolleiter, Fenstergriffe, die man bei Benutzung in der Hand hatte, klebrige und marode Stühle, von denen einer bei normaler Benutzung mit 86kg zusammen gebrochen und zersplittert ist sowie durchgelegene, verrostete Sonnenliegen (nur 2 waren neu) und ein Fernseher der zur Fußball-WM während der gesamten Zeit nicht funktioniert hat, sind nur einige Punkte, die uns geärgert haben. Zudem wurde uns am Meer eine Badestelle zugewiesen, deren Badeleiter keinesfalls vertrauenswürdig und total verrostet war. Die absolute Krönung jedoch war, dass wir unseren Müll per 15minütigen Fußmarsch in öffentlichen Mülltonnen entsorgen mussten, da es mit der dortigen Müllabfuhr ein Problem gab. Dies ist vielleicht auf Campingplätzen üblich, aber in dieser Preislage absolut inakzeptabel und wäre definitiv Sache des Vermieters gewesen. Mit sehr viel Humor hatten wir trotz alledem einen schönen Urlaub ;-)

Huset er stort og romslig, plassert nær sjø. Verten bodde like i nærheten, og var alltid tilgjengelig dersom vi hadde behov for noe. Renhold var meget bra. Avstanden til matbutikk er litt for lang dersom man ikke har bil. I den vesle "byen" Milna, var det hyggelige restauranter med god mat. Vi brukte taxi og det var alltid lett å få tak i skyss, og sjåførene var imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen mit 8 (4+4) Personen im Juli 2020. Die obere Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eines mit einem Babybett und einem Einzelbett. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Schränke und Stauraum gab es ausreichend. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine Couch und ein gemütlicher Lesesessel. Außerdem eine kleine Küche mit Backofen, 4 Platten E-Herd, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach). Geschirr und Töpfe etc. sind vorhanden. Manche Sachen vermisst man, wie beispielsweise eine Salatschale oder einen Wasserkocher. Die gab es dann in der unteren Wohnung, so dass es gut war, wenn man sich gegenseitig aushilft. Einen Esstisch gibt es in der oberen Wohnung nicht. Dafür eine Theke und einen Tisch auf dem Balkon. Die Sonne scheint am Morgen auf den Balkon. Einen Sonnenschutz gab es nicht, aber ab Mittags zieht die Sonne um das Haus herum, so dass der Balkon zunehmend im Schatten liegt. Auf dem Balkon gibt es noch eine schöne Bank, wo wir abends oft gesessen haben und den Sternenhimmel genossen haben. Dabei störte uns die Poolbeleuchtung. Die hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die nebenan wohnt, hat uns die Beleuchtung am nächsten Tag ausgeschaltet. Manchmal haben wir in der Nacht die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. Sie kühlt gut. Das Aggregat befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben einen vorhandenen Ventilator benutzt, um die Luft in die Schlafzimmer zu bringen. Heißwasser war ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit (soweit ich mich erinnere) Amazon Prime oder Netflix oder beides (wir haben den Fernseher nie eingeschaltet). WLAN ist vorhanden und gut. Die untere Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer. Eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Hauptraum steht eine (Schlaf?-)Couch und ein Esstisch, an der Seite ist eine sehr kleine Küche mit kombinierten E- und Gas-Herd und Kühlschrank (inkl. Gefrierfach). Die untere Wohnung hat eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem Tisch, der groß genug war für uns 8 Personen. Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten waren sehr schön. Einmal haben wir den Grill genutzt und die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Es gibt zwei PKW Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück. Es ist aber nicht so einfach die beiden Autos gut unterzubringen. Wir haben ein Auto meist draußen geparkt. Das Haus liegt 100m von Badegelegenheiten entfernt. Viele kurze Leitern führen in das kristallklare Wasser. Es gibt viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
