Sundowner on Lake George

It is dated but it was clean and the private beach was great with free kayaks and surf boards

The room had stains all over the carpet, it smelled so bad. I didn't even stay there. It was horrible. I booked a room across the street. I couldn't find anyone to tell them, I was told to leave the key on the table.

our rooms cleanliness was mediocre, towels were really old, it felt like an old motel, i wasn't expecting much, but it felt dirty. Other than that, the crew was ok, the guy that cleaned the pool is on point ... but the common ammenities ( grills, chairs, tables by the pool, etc. ) are really old .. in general they don't put much money back into this hotel... the view of the lake from our room was the only plus here.

Room was old and floor was filthy. Signs everywhere to call for help but no phones in any of the rooms. Had to ask for fresh towels, no warning that they do not enter the rooms to clean until after you check out. The fact that it was lake front saved it but we will not return.

No microwave, no coffee machine, the beach is soooo tiny and full of boats, no phone signal, WiFi is so weak and doesn’t work inside the room, AC is so weak and so load

Nothing really. We couldn’t wait to leave. Do not recommend

The property needs some repairs and the wifi is terrible. I think the rooms could be a little cleaner. Other than those things it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice place for vacation 😊

Upon entering room I smelled a moldy/mildew type aroma. After about a half hour of children walking barefoot on carpet, noticed their feet were very dirty. To ensure they weren’t dirty prior to entering, feet were cleaned. After walking on carpet barefoot, feet were once again noticeably dirty. Additionally, toilet bowl was clogged.

It was great . We enjoyed our time . Conviently located to everything
