Great location and clean rooms

Parking lot was tight not great. Location of hotel perfect. Staff was wonderful. Hotel very clean and updated.

We were in town for a single night to drop presents and run errands for family. The hotel lightly occupied and the extra care with sanitation was noticeable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to downtown areas.

This place has customer service that goes above and beyond. Sincerely the nicest friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered in my hotel experience. Not just one but literally every single person I encountered from the manager down to the maid.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Conveniently located downtown. Modern, clean. Laundry facilities. We will stay here every time we return to Columbia!

The only reason I won’t give a solid 5 stars is because there is NO HOT WATER. Not in the shower, not in the sink. None at all. I saw a review stating the same thing prior to booking but I thought it was an isolated incident. I told the front desk about it, I’m hoping something can be done because freezing cold showers were horrible. OTHER THAN THAT, my stay was great. The front desk staff was amazing.! There is a bar, a restaurant (currently closed; maybe due to COVID) it’s an outside area with a cute fire pit, lots of seating and decorative lights, free self parking, a gym and a little convenience store set up in the lobby. It’s overall very nice. My room was SUPER CLEAN. Fully stocked, no issues there. My view was of the street, but it was nice looking out at the city when the sun began to set. Overall a great stay, but the cold water issue would have caused me to check out if I had not booked a one night stay. Oh also. The phone in the room didn’t work. The dial tone worked, but when you pressed the room service button or the front desk button, it just beeped. I didn’t try calling any local numbers. I recommend this hotel; only if you don’t care about hot water or if they correct the issue.!

Property was newer, but the hallway smelled so bad, the carpet was dirty, the windows in the room were filthy, and there was no hot water for a shower.

We got here for a family trip out of town for a event and no rooms were available until 5 hours later. We had to be ready for the event by 5pm. It was awful. Hopefully next time it’s better. The staff at the front desk were awesome in getting everything worked out for the stay.

We didn’t have hot water the entire stay. It was so bad they refunded me 50%.
