Me encanto fue una experiencia unica y el servicio espectacular, se merecen un 100 en el servicio, tienen una plantilla de empleados bien variada lo que resurta muy como para los huéspedes. Lo recomiedo no se arrepentirá.
The beach is amazing and it's in one of the nicest areas. The hotel grounds are nice and room was ok, just average. My boyfriend and I booked a king bed and got two full size beds (real romantic) they said they could not accommodate us until the next day, mind you the hotel did not seem busy at all! The check in process was long, and we weren't happy with the desk person. They are not very friendly, and do not go out of their way to rectify their mistake. We paid for a king size room, not a double. On our second day, we stopped by the front desk to inquire about the room and after being told there were no king size rooms avail, one magically appeared! The bars are very unimpressive, all the drinks were watered down and poorly tasting. The food was average, we had all inclusive thinking that we'd eat there everyday but it was so mediocre that we ate out most of the time. The breakfast was cold, bland, the staff was nice that was the only good thing about it. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was ok. There's not much variety and if you are a picky eater like me, you are in trouble. The food is bland, and for you to get a "better" quality you have to pay an additional charge, for example they had Sea bass which I was about to order however the waiter suggested I get Corvino at an additional $15US. It was good, but why charge extra if it's supposed to be all inclusive?! They were awesome in sanitizing, social distance, wearing masks, checking temperatures
Rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. I liked that the ocean wasn’t far from the shaded areas with lounge chairs. Beach was perfect for kids or those who don’t like waves. Lots to do in the evening with the outdoor mall just outside the resort. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Pools were clean. Our only complaint was the food. We were all inclusive and would not choose that options next time.
I Left the property after 1 night Hotel for 350 that’s a joke Smells like 100 years old hospital And after they left they didn’t even return me all my money When I got back home I’m taking attorney for this case
The beds weren’t that comfortable but everything else was amazing
Honestly I didn’t not know it was not all inclusive completely. I hated that I had to carry around a little card and write on the checks. The amenities were old. I really understand that because of covid they are only cleaning once a week the room but I honestly didn't like that at all. The food was okay but there was not a big variety. It was all the same every single day which was exhausting. Besides that the staff was very friendly and great providing service.
The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. They’re all friendly and pay attention to guests. Due to covid, there are more limited restaurant choices (one breakfast, two lunch, and two dinner restaurants) but the meals are absolutely delicious. We stayed for two weeks (a long time for a small island), so the food choices were a bit small for that amount of time but we still enjoyed it very much. The hotel is right on the beach with amazing views and fun activities you can easily access. The on-site pools are super relaxing and perfect for cooling off. My only negative would be that the rooms are a bit humid but that’s not something that can really be helped on a tropical island, just be aware of it in case you’re averse to humidity. I would highly recommend doing all inclusive because we didn’t have to worry about food/drinks at all but those menu prices are high if you’re not all inclusive!
Had an amazing experience Traveled during pandemic so expected relatively trimmed down service. Only one restaurant was open at a time but was always able to find food (however couldn't find an open bar before 11am 😅), the staff was very helpful and water/beach was pristine.
My husband and I had an amazing time. The staff was super super nice.. We would definitely be back.
Our family’s stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely amazing. So amazing, that part of our family stayed in Aruba A few extra days while the other half unfortunately had to fly back home.
