I felt Maggie the owner was so welcoming from the start of the booking till the last day of our visit. She was very helpful when needed. The Villa was uniquely decorated and had the required furnitures and equipments for our trip. The pool and bbq were great and It was the place we’re most our time was spent :) Mosquitoes bites were an issue but that’s with most part of Muğla so come prepared! 10-15 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the nearest shop. I and my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again

We had the best time staying in Maggie's villa! We have already booked for next year! Check in was easy, place was clean and tidy. Outside space and pool were great.

We had a great holiday, the villa was better than we imagine , i would recommend it and the surrounding are is very beautiful, Buses and taxis are a good way of getting around, the local people are very friendly, the swimming pool is great and well looked after. There was plenty of room for eight people inside and out and having air conditioning is a must in August.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Maggie's villa which surpassed all expectations. The whole process was seamless & we especially appreciated the free airport collection/return by Mehmet all arranged by Maggie meaning we didn't need to hire a car.

Where to start... Stayed in this villa for 2 weeks from Sept 3rd and the holiday started with a transfer from Dalamam airport to the villa which took about 45mins, this was great as our flight arrived late evening. When we arrived a welcome pack of essentials was provided which was much needed owing to our late arrival. Next morning we had a good look around the property and even though it was just my wife and me staying the accomadation had 3 double bedrooms on the first floor and a further 3 single beds on the 2nd floor with another bathroom, so could easily sleeep upto 9.Downstairs living area had enough space and the pool area was superb with a good sun area and pool which was a good size, only downside was if you had small children pool is one level and has no shallow end. The actual villa sits in a row of 4 and has enough privacy aside from anyone going to 2 villas furthur along access path,it sits alongside a hotel which has a button call if you want to call a taxi.As we where only 2 persons,we took taxis most of the time,Chalis beach with lots of good eating options was around 10 mins in a taxi and cost around 20 lira(£3) and fethiye was around 50 lira(£7) which again had good food options and plenty of places to visit on the boat rides. Would recommend these as great value, 80 lira(£12) for whole day on boat with good lunch included, and the one we went on even picked us up and dropped us back so day out was £2!!!! If you love to barter make sure you visit fethiye market on a Tuesdays, great value fake goods to be had and also on Sundays Chalis market , not as big but still worth a visit. If you like you football take a trip to a home match a fethiyespor you will not be disappointed, league 2 Turkish football but a great experience and only 20 lira(£3) to get in. All in all a lovely villa, good location and very hot, if you choose this villa you will not be disappointed.

As a family of 6 with 4 children, the villa was perfect. Comfortable, Clean and spacious with everything you need thought of, like a home from home. Maggie is amazing, nothing too much trouble, very friendly and spot on with ..EVERYTHING!!..providing seamless transfers and a welcome pack which was great upon our early morning arrival. Definitely read through the welcome pack folder with lots of hints and tips of the best boat trips (amazing food, lovely people), best places to eat out and lots of other useful information. I particularly loved the décor and beautiful Turkish lamps in every room. To top it all off the Villa is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and only 10 mins drive into the nearest town. We really had a wonderful holiday here we had the best of all worlds, privacy in authentic Turkey but a stones throw to socialising and the hustle and bustle of holiday makers, restaurants/bars and of course shopping!! We'd book again in a flash, Highly recommend. Thank you Maggie for providing such a wonderful service and accommodation. Perfection xx

i am writing this review having just come back from a 2 week stay here. and to be honest there isn't much else i can say that hasn't been said already by other reviewers. its a great villa with all you need to enjoy your holiday. Maggie,the owner,will answer any questions you may have and be in contact with you prior to arrival and departure. i can 100% recommend this villa to anybody looking for a peaceful stay with amenities close by and just a short taxi or bus jouney to the local town of calis,for lots of shops,bars and restaurants. also if you are entertaining the idea of a day out on a boat trip,which i can highly recommend,try a chap called JERRYBOAT. you can find him on facebook and make your bookings on there and also there's a link through to a website for more info. he speaks good english and will always reply to any enquiry about booking. so all in all a fantastic all round experience from start to finish. go ahead and book up folks,you wont be dissapointed.

The villa had a large and deep pool which we were happy to find was cleaned every other day. There was plenty sun beds at the pool which was useful due to our large party. We also found it helpful that there was an extra outside table so that we could all dine outside. On the whole the villa was very clean and tidy which all of us were extremely grateful for. We appreciated the help of neighbours John and Sheila who pointed us in the right direction for excursions such as private boat trips (which we highly recommend) and beach days. The car service which was provided for us by Maggie was extremely helpful for airport transports and shopping at the supermarket. The local taxi service was also very quick which we found was great for our transportation to Calis on the evenings; we recommend using the taxi call button close by to the Hotel Turkaz Gardens. The responses we had before and during the holiday was exceptional, she replied to all our questions and needs within hours. Wifi in the villa was also satisfactory and served the needs of the whole group. Overall the holiday was enjoyed by all members of our group and due to Maggie’s guide we were able to spend our evenings dining in restaurants with a high standard and we are already planning to book up for a fortnight next year.

Had a fantastic holiday host Maggie couldn't have been more helpful loved the villa it is beautiful, found the locals very friendly, hired bicycles which made getting round so simple, can't fault anything at all dolmus bus station only few minutes from the villa got a bus from fetiyhe to Kalkan which is a beautiful town only 1.5hrs away. Lots of little family run restaurants very close by to the villa where food fantastic. Fantastic host fantastic villa and beautiful place to visit will definitely go back.

We stayed for a week in late August and had a wonderful time. The pool was really warm and pretty deep so perfect for two teenage kids. There were also plenty of areas to get into the shade as well. The villa was lovely, clean and spacious. There was only one English to channel but there was a good selection of english dvd's so this was not a problem. Our favourite feature was the quiet location. You are not overlooked and you only have to walk 1 minute from the villa to reach a taxi call station. Press the button and a taxi arrives in a couple of minutes. Alternatively, the local boys only costs 3lire each to get to Fethiye and they are very regular. The beach is 5-10 minute walk away and loads of restaurants and shops are easy to get to. We had a great week and would happily come back again. Additionally, Maggie, the owner, is really helpful and answers any questions you may have. Fab, thank you Maggie.
