Studio 6 Indianapolis, IN

I’ve never had an issue with Motel 6 / Studio 6 before. After arriving, I was shown to the room and the first thing I saw was a bug scurry across the floor. The employee seemed unfazed as he walked over, killed it, and threw out a roach trap in the rooms trash right in front of me. The area seemed unsafe, and I felt uncomfortable parking behind the hotel. My room location was next to a stair case, side door, and vending machines which led to a night full of loud noises that kept me waking every few moments. If I had the means to book another hotel at the time, I would have. I could not recommend anyone stay at this location.

My mother and I stay here 4 days

I never actually stayed that night. I walked into the room and the light switch was broken. I walked to the bathroom to another switch and a roach crawled across the door. I immediately left and stayed elsewhere after notifying the front desk. The attendant said he refunded my card, but there is still no credit. I was never given a refund even though I requested one through Hotels.com either. The photos are not what this place is.

It was okay. Person at the front desk was a little rude when we got there, but the hotel was nice overall. Room was clean and tidy. Amenities were awesome!

Awesome little place right off the highway! Front desk is hard to catch as the person is always on the move, but despite being sticklers about being paid on time and not giving much lee-way, was a pleasant stay!

The Guy at the front desk asked my employee to pay in cash saying it would be easier to put in the system . I had prepaid for this room so it was pretty weird and sounded scammy. Also my reservation was for 2 days and on the 2nd night the man at the front desk refused to give my employee a fresh towel since there was only 1 supplied in the room . The front desk guy explained to me that guests would need to put there dirty linens and towels outside there door in the am if they wanted new ones which was not stated anywhere . Travelers beware

Rooms are clean and nice. But the television didn't work and on top of that the front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional. She constantly comes knocking on your room door every morning before checkout time with a attitude. I will never visit this hotel again.

I couldn’t even get checked in because no one would answer the phone and I waiting outside with my 4 month old baby, I wasn’t even able to get a refund and wasn’t even my fault

281 Roach infested room! Had to sleep in my car and they wouldn’t even be generous and give me a new room for a new night!

Bedding and towels were of poor quality. Room smelled musty.
