Everything was good except for the wifi

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and the last one was in December 2016 with my wife. I'd say, if room 3A's condition is similar to its other rooms, it definitely has deteriorated over the years. First, room 3A's A/C unit was not cooling enough the room even if you put to the lowest temperature setting. Me and my dad were sweating in the middle of the night! The switch in the bathroom is also hard to reach since the washer and dryer are blocking it so we had to just keep it on. The light inside the room are not enough to illuminate the room. I was not briefed about the "servicing" of this serviced apartment, but during my 3 nights stay, my room was not cleaned nor tidied up. The location is great, but other than that, I'd say you can consider the other serviced properties in BGC.

Overall the place was good however there were too many transients in the building that made waiting for the elevators a little annoying. Also, the kitchen has a smell as you enter the unit.

The hot water in the bathroom didnt work, so we were not able to take a hot shower. We called yo have it fixed but the never showed up. It was still broken when we checked out the next day. The elevator broke while we were there trapping several people inside for a long time.

The washer / dryer did not properly waah and dry our clothes... so we had to air dry them for several hours and still had to travel with wet clothes...

This is not a 'Service Suite'. It is a private apartment in an apartment block. There is no service, no linen change, no cleaning, no water in the fridge, no anything. I spent 4 days there and the location is good for BGC area but be aware that the only contact is with someone via WhatsApp and you are then left on your own.

Room was quite shoddy, old make up brushes from previous tenants on the floor, power socket held together with tape, bathroom door handle came off in my hand, hair dryer and iron did not have local plugs on them and no adapters provided. Also water was in a large blue container on the counter. Not bottled or chilled in the fridge. Air conditioning was very loud

Fast check-in. Comfy stay, however our bed always made creaking sounds whenever we move. No bedroom slippers or hair dryer. Parking slot has an additional charge of 300 per day and the slot that was given to us was so tight and was located at the lowest floor of the basement.
