Perfect location for exploring Central Harrogate. Really comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, really luxurious bathroom with oversized shower and stand alone deep soak bath tub! Cleaning team were very friendly and the owner was so helpful and easy to reach to help with some requests. Easy check in with key safes and coded entries to the main door.....

Really nice apartment, room above us was a little creaky when people were walking about, and the shower leaks near the taps a bit, but otherwise, a really nice stay. Located very close to the town centre, check in and out was easy. Thanks

Horrible stench in bathroom, emitting into bedroom, loud cracking floorboards in all rooms and in above rooms, large stain on settee, settee back broken, leak through ceiling from above, main apartment door hinges loose. Nothing like reviews we read, poor maintenance and upkeep, could be very nice, 3 out of10 is most I could score it

Perfect location but needs a little TLC
Cannot beat the location of this place. And the option to pay and park to the rear of building is massive bonus. The instructions received to ensure a smooth check in was perfect as there is no reception. I prefer it this way. The best feature is definitely the bath and shower, I love the decor and the old features of the property. Yes, its an old property but the uncomfortable, cheap couch meant we couldn't comfortably relax as much as we could during our stay. The 2 single beds pushed together to make a double is a little annoying and the carpets throughout were pretty stained. I personally expected a little more care/attention for a 4 star.
