I enjoyed my stay. The rooftop pool was about 6 ft deep & warm. The room is really spacious & super clean. The facilities could make some minor changes like update the pool tile, replace outside chairs, and renovate the elevator. There’s also a spa downstairs which was absolutely a good time & reasonably priced for the services. All in all I would stay here again. This place is a few feet from 5th avenue & 20mins for Xplor park.

Arturo also had amazing customer service. always made me feel welcomed and was willing to provide great customer service. went beyond to assist me in any way possible. My room was always clean. cleaning service and the girl who assisted me during breakfast was great. Spa experience was also great.

Soul Beach was the perfect choice for my stay in Playa. It’s was the perfect location to entertainment, food and the beach. The room was amazing and the hotel staff was great also. The only down fall was the rooftop pool and bar closes too earlier they close it at 8pm. The other rooftop around are open late and have live entertainment. But Soul Beach rooftop does have music just need to stay open later. But overall I rate this hotel a 4.5/5!
