Royal Waikiki Condos

The hotel although not new was very comfortable. The room was clean and fresh. Everything was made to accommodate the guest. The location is amazing, very close to Waikiki beach, shopping and restaurants. The cost of the booking was excellent as well. I’d definitely book again.

Location is great and room size is very decent for two people. But there were bugs on the stove and sink at nighttime. And the mattress and bed sheets are very old and needs to be replaced. Cable TV was working, but most of the time without sound output. Contacted the service but never get fixed in my week long stay.

I liked the furniture and general decor was very tasteful. I liked the balcony view. liked the amenities of the kitchen; it had everything to cook with. I appreciate being able to communicate w/reservation about questions regarding the room. There was a problem with bugs, reservations sent someone to help address the issue. Essentially, now may not be a good time to visit Hawaii due to the covid-19 restrictions. Do your research as to what to expect by going to Hawaii's Safe travels page.

Never, EVER, EVER Again.... As a resident of Hawaii I really don’t even need to elaborate..Pay the difference for a real Hotel, you’ll thank me later! However, I would like to thank all the Security Guards, Maintenance Workers, And Room Cleaners for being beautiful Auntie and Uncles. Y’all make that Hotel go around, love to you ❤️

If youre using this hotel just to stay on beds is great but beds are small so only 1 person per bed. Does have an amazing city view.

we did not like that the pool was closed….we did`nt know that…. the wistling noice in every windows..... the watertaps were very difficult to handle The kitchen was very good…. the elevators worked all the time , good !

Location OK. No pool and no service, room needed upgrade

Manager of property is awesome! Housekeeper forgot to put my key in the security lock that hangs on the door and I had to wait almost 40 minutes while my wife and 2 kids was waiting in the car.... absolutley not acceptable. That housekeeper had no sense of urgency to just drop off my keys so I could get my family and should be reprimanded. I was not happy and for this would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it wasn't for the manager, I would've left before receiving my keys.

Very good security! I traveled with two teen kids and felt safe. Our only issue was the pool area was under repair so the last day I rented an additional hotel at another location so the kids could use a pool and such. Otherwise I will use this location for our next adventure in Honolulu!
