It was quite and very clean nice big room and clean restroom

The air conditioning did not work well and when they emptied our trash the did not replace the bag. There was also safety issues with ladders left unattended and not roped off. Nothing was done when I reported it.

I loved it here I would stay here again it was clean

The room was clean and bed are comfortable. Some changes due to COVID-19. No daily housekeeping which I don't mind, facilities are not open like the pool etc...

We thought that service will be provided for our beds/ cleaned towels which we have to call the front desk. The room has that smoking odors.

The system was down and i had to check in late which made me late for an event i was attending. I have stayed their many times and always liked it. It waent their fault but it still made me late .

There were ants in the bathroom. In the morning hours they had to shut off the water for “an emergency” FOR 4 HOURS. Also, the night time employee behind the counter could not have been more disinterested in helping me with questions, as if I was bothering him at 9pm for a basic question. The room itself was spacious.

As soon as we arrived the receptionist was extremely unpleasant. When we got to the room there were bugs all over the bathroom and it was the HOTEST weekend of the year and the curtains were left open with the sun beaming in so the room was a sauna and took hours to cool off. We had to leave it was so hot. The shower curtain was disgusting and when we requested a new one we were told those were scorch marks from the dryer but in the same sentence told they don’t use the dryer. Then we received another just as gross. We were told that one was from bleach. Last I checked bleach cleaned... Finally on the 3rd try we received a clean one. The alarm clock didn’t tell time. The remotes for the TVs had dead batteries.. all in all I would not recommend.

Clean and neat, comfortable furnishings, requested a few items (extra towels & coffee, chair) and were very accommodating. Didn’t care much for the Grab N Go breakfast but it was better than nothing. Quiet atmosphere (a little road noise, but we were overlooking the road), fully booked but almost no one around!
