It was ok

It was great ebough .. but tge AC was not working so sometimes you get hot. The best service guy was there his name OKAN from reception desk. Was talking English and helpful as well.

Worst hotel you could stay in , empty hotel, swimming pool is very small

Odalar buz gibi klima hiç bir şekilde ısıtmıyor.

Gayet memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu. Teşekkür ederim

Yorumlarda odaların soğuk olduğunu okuduğumda ,gerçek olamaz diye düşünmüştüm.Maalesef gerçekmiş ,sabaha kadar soğuktan uyuyamadım.Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odalar geniş ve rahat.Kahvaltısı bol çeşitli ve taze ürünlerden oluşuyor.

Otel inegölde sevdiğim bir otel. Önceden direk otele gider kalırdım. Ama Hotels comdan rezervasyon yapıyorum artık.Daha rahat oluyor.

الفندق رائع الغرف واسعه ونضيفه والأكل طيب ويوجد تنوع في الافطار والعشاء الموضفون ودودين جدا والتعامل باقي واتنضيف الغرف يومي أنصح به

-At first, it was a mistake with the room, I think it was intentional. -the room was cold; I asked for another blanket and they brought a blanket that was smelling bad -We were having breakfast and they were pushing us to pay, so we couldn’t finish our meal and we had to go to the reception to solve the misunderstanding. in my reservation it says ‘guaranteed price’ and ‘breakfast included’ but they made me pay for breakfast; I showed to the receptionist my mail where says it was included and he said he didn’t care because on his paper it said ‘breakfast not included’ and I told him that his partner told me last night that breakfast was included; He was talking loudly to my friend and so rude with me, so there was an argu. The guy threatened to call the police; so I put 100 LT in the reception desk and I went out of the hotel because we had a flight and we couldn’t be late. I had to left the place without any paper or invoice.
