Great location, safe place, very comfortable stay

Don't waste your money to this place. Management never try to contact us during our stay after multiple issue from beginning to the ends

CON: Cleanliness, dead lightbulb, Ac not working (in both room), coffee machine and safe out of service in the room also, cigarette buds stains and burns everywhere on the floor, ironboard's liner that is unusable for ironing a shirt or anything else GOOD: Location it's a short walk to anything, nice neighborhood and restaurants I the area. PS: They do have room front of street, it's a busy road, really noisy and at night you cannot sleep because of the music in the Karaoke across the street.

Very well located with plenty of places to eat. Customer service was awesome. Very happy with that they're able to decorate the room. Thank you and will be coming back in the future

Was sent over from a sister property as they over booked. I stayed in their "Penthouse" rooms and was a little discouraged that it did not have a entertaining area. This penthouse only has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Also a half kitchen and dining table with 3 chairs. I have stayed in a regular room and this room was about the same size, only it had a terrace. The outside terrace is nice, but pretty bare. The outside Jacuzzi water barley works, would take a whole day to fill the tub. The cleanliness is pretty good, daily maid service was excellent. My biggest issue was 1 of the 2 showers did not work. I reported it right after check in and was advised no one was able to look at it till the following day. Reported it every morning and was told they'd fix it until I went to check out and it was never fixed. It was very awkward sharing a shower with a business partner. Was not offered any other solution or room change from the receptionist.
