Dome Beach Hotel and Resort

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel were saying the right things, in terms of Covid-19 preventative measures (e.g. the wearing of mask in lobby and buffet) - but there was no enforcement of either staff or guests. Grounds are looking a little unkept, presumably because of staff reductions due to Covid. Otherwise, the beach location is lovely.

Nice hotel. Has pretty much everything for a relaxing starting-at-the-hotel-holiday.

Hello, Few observations: Good Points: 1)Hotel is at the beach where less numbers of people were there compared to other beaches , so this was good. 2)Room cleanliness was well maintained ,every day it was cleaned by the housekeeping . 3)Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. 4)Price which i paid was worth for my stay.I used only room and Breakfast service) breakfast was good too,everything was there for a normal person to expect in the the morning to eat :) 5)Sitting space in Lobby is enormous and maintained well. 6)Enormous parking space available. Something to Learn/Modify : 1)Normally Water bottles are provided as a complimentary item , but here it was not there and considering the Summer weather it was required. 2)WiFi in the room was ok, through which you can just connect Whatsapp and small applications but cannot rely to work on big applications (worst case scenario if you want to connect for WORK ,you may have internet speed issue). 3)When we book the rooms on HOTEL.com , it was mentioned Hotel has private beach and YES there was a private beach...BUT...weird part was on WEEKDAY umbrella and benches are free of cost to use but for SAT and SUN its chargeable (5 Euros per person). 4)Even if its mentioned private beach,I observed there were people who were not part of the HOTEL guest but they were still occupying the space at the beach. This hotel is very beautiful hotel. Spaceous and as its a wedding venue it makes it look very beautiful. I liked my room. Quiet overall. The beach is very beautiful, although when you get in the water is very stony.

Friendly staff, good food, nice hotel but in need of updating, excellent location, gorgeous beach. Saturday and Sunday sun beads available if you are willing to pay (even for hotel guest), beach towels can be changed every 3 days and you have to paid deposit of 10 euros, better housekeeping can go long way.

The hotel is nice but not new. Breakfast buffet was great. However, it is unfortunate that the staff makes you feel like a second rate guest if you are not paying for All Inclusive (AI). 1. Sun beds by the beach are extra unless you’re an AI?? but free on week days , 2. Safe in the room is extra??unless you’re AI, 3. WiFi is extra unless you’re AI. Luckily there is free WiFi in the reception area. My daughter and I used the sun beds next to the hotel that were cheaper and were on the better part of the beach.

Not much choice for food through the day except for the buffet There is a charge for using the safe in the room and you needed to give a deposit for beach towels and you could only have a clean towel every 3days Staff friendly

Family orientated hotel and atmosphere, excellent breakfast buffet, family bedroom dated, expensive beverages at the pool bars. Two beautiful outdoor pools and stunning beach, good wifi, loud music throughout the day, need taxi to visit centrum, but nice restaurant close by.

Privet beach was great. Clean, quite and comfy beds to lie on.

Charging for lounger on hotel beach told only those who were all inclusive could use as hotel guests. Lot of rubbish on beach. Top of fridge in room had a layer of dust and door of fridge covered with dirty marks. Found long hair stuck to side of bath. Rooms cleaned but no bag put into toilet bin or tea bags etc restocked. No air conditioning in lobby. Disappointed as expected better for prices paid.
