Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld

It was very upset don’t like it

Did not care to have to pay for onsite parking. Would look for another place just cause of that. We pay enough to stay let alone having to pay parking..

Get to the hotel. There is a sign on the door to go to the hotel next door. Go to the hotel next doo and find out I will not be staying at the holiday inn express. I will be stay at this other hotel. She set me up with a room and asked for a card for incidentals. She did not tell me they would be charging my card $40 per night. Nor did she tell me she would be charging me $10.65 for parking. The next day I asked for suggestions on restaurants and parking in the area etc. She would not give me any suggestions. All she would say is I don’t know.

Everything excellent, really clean and in great condition. The staff very friendly. 5 stars

Only downside is the $10 per day paid parking fee surprise!!!

Made reservations for Holiday Inn Express next door, when we got there sign said go to Towne Place Suites next door. Rooms were OK at Towne Place, would rather be at Holiday Inn, we've stayed there before. After coming back, found a charge for parking, about $11 a day. Nothing to that point had ever mentioned anything about paid parking, it's not a downtown location or any reason that parking is scarce. No receipt given at checkout, had to call to figure out what this was for. January and February, Orlando is empty, do your self a favor and stay somewhere else. No room cleaning due to Covid, they said throw your towels in the hall to be picked up; we did, then ran out, had to call for more, like pulling teeth.

I like everything except the parking I had to pay for. I believe that should be included in the hotel stay.

The property had a building problem so they had us check in at the adjoining Townplace suites by Marriott so my ratings are for the actual place we stayed. All was good!

It was a great trip and stay. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast they gave was very little to replace the regular breakfast. The upcharge that I paid a breakfast daily is more than we got to eat. We got a muffin, a water and an apple. That is pretty steep considering normally we have a full breakfast for same price. But over all the hotel was very good.
