People were staying there as monthly rentals.. on the weekend hourly rentals. Felt unsafe. Holes around

Horrible, room was not ready when we got there, smelled of smoke & the bathroom floor was filthy, one face cloth & 1 tiny soap, the 2 other couples with us had no heat in theirs rooms. One room had to borrow our remote to turn on their heat pump, it didn’t work for other room, they slept with their jackets on. Very Disappointing from the last time we had stayed there. Don’t stay there ever again

The entry for any back rooms where not cleaned of snow and ice and it a large set of stair. No coffee in the rooms, no hair dyers like stated.

Good location n easy parking. The shower was ok. Terrible pillows. They really need to do updates. Wallpaper ripped on the walls. The beds we ok but you can tell the mattresses are old and well wore in.

Upon checking there were ppl screaming there was no heat in rooms didn’t have room keys cigarette smoke everywhere and bith rooms I had didn’t have towels ,soap, shampoo, conditioner or......... toilet paper!!!! Unreal Actially

Room was barely adequate. Very worn furniture. Bathroom OK. TV and AC worked OK. Had to ask for toilet tissue (none when we arrived) and extra towels. Staff helpful and provided these when we asked. Stayed 2 nights, room was not serviced on 2nd day, bed not made bathroom not cleaned.

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE STAYED IN SUCH A FILTHY DUMP. I was absolutely filthy. There was something splattered on the wall, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the shower tap was broken, there was tape in the corners of the shower stall. The chair was ripped and dirty, the chest of drawers had a huge cut in the top. The air was musty. There was a gap in the door that you could look through. The keys didn't work. I have told ALL my collegues NEVER TO STAY THERE!! I filed a complaint with the NS Dept of Tourism and the NS Dept of Health. Take this off your booking list. Don't send another customer there, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a total ripoff! This place was absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be completely overhauled. This is the definition of skid row. The bedspreads were filthy. Was scared to even use the shower. You could see the pink mould growing in the corners of the shower. The place stunk like you wouldn’t believe. We went to Sydney and had pre-booked hotel and tickets to see the Celtic Colours Festival and everything else was booked. We had no choice but to stay in this dump. 175.00 per night plus 250.00 deposit (in case we did any damage) 😂 . They should have paid us to stay there. Where is my deposit for pain and suffering? Never slept a wink. Plus they had a bright light shining in the Oceanside hallway. Was like trying to sleep with the light on. Run, don’t walk away from this one!

Cheap rate and you get what you pay for, nothing terrible but bring ear plugs and check the fridge when you get into your room!
