More an Eco Adventure hotel than a resort.

The room was big, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and smelly. No soap provided. The breakfast was below average quality and variety. The staff is very kind but they don’t understand what you need beyond the basics. No one was expecting us at the immigration point. We had to find out where was the “resort” and drag our luggage through the sand and rising tide. The main advantage is having the beach just a few steps from our room. The wifi is very slow and only works in the reception.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed interested in ensuring we had a good stay. Remember this is a 100 euro a night place and not the Ritz. We moved from a new beautiful room to one of the older rooms with a sign saying don't drink the water. The older room had adequate AC, fridge and coffee maker, but it could use an update. The bed mattress was fine and the linen, worn but clean. The hotel is located near the main town. The beach is great, with umbrellas and lounge chairs and the snorkeling is excellent. Breakfast included a good selection of local and western food.

Run down hotel right on the beach

The only good experience I had was the surprise pick up at the pier by the hotel staff with their tuk tuk. Hotel is right at the beach but close approximate 5 minute walk to walking street where all the shops & restaurants are. By night there's no activities at the hotel at all. Pitch black at the loungers by night , lots of mosquitoes. Our standard beach room is very spacious and comes with breakfast - ok .even though it is suppose to come with a beach view ( downstairs) still too far to see the beach. Bathroom is moldy and shower water pressure is very weak.

Great hotel on a great location

Realty good hotel. Quiet and spacious gardens, with the seabreeze rooms right oncerlooking the beach. Well located on Pattaya Beach, 150 mètres from the walking street. It's worth spending the extra to go for the beachfront rooms. There is a really good seafood restaurant called Dong La-Tae next door.

Right on the best beach of Koh Lipe

Great snorkelling right in front of the hotel, room basic but clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly. Booked further travel with them easily. Breakfast was quite basic but good enough.

very expensive place

for the price I paid for 1 week during new year I expected a palce, but in fact, the room was very very simple the wi-fi not working most of all day and is very slow when it was working the breakfast was made with cheap stuff and not tasty at all the swimming pool was dirty and I not used it during that week

Need a facelift

The room need refurbishment. Very old design and need to upgrade its wifi services. The good part is that it has swimming pool and i took the beach front room and it is really beachfront.

Good price, good location and spacious room!

Superb location with fantastic bar and restaurant next door! Overall very good resort with huge ground and big room, service was very good, the manager went out his way to help revive the mobile phone which was wet in the sea. Although it didn’t recover but his effort was much aporeaciated! Sunset beach is only 10mins walk away behind the resort, Pattaya beach is right in front and there’s a pool right in front of the beach which is empty most of the time. The immigration is only 3 shops away and they have someone to help you with luggage upon arrival just look out for signage Z-Touch, like wise for checking out. Room below can be a little noisy due to noises and heavy walking from guest room up stairs but it didn’t last long. Very good for the price and I would return whenever in Koh Lipe!
