It was decent. I was comfortable in the bed I was in.

The beds were terrible, there was no breakfast as advertised, the rooms was not cleaned because of covid

I love this property. Yes, the hotel is a little older, but it is absolutely fine! Reasonable rates, and a lakeside patio area with lots of seating! You can't get any closer to the water! We stay here every year!

Nice view of Lake. Small refrigerator is room made loud humming noise. Switched rooms, TV and remote in second room did not work. Alarm clocks in both rooms were junk.

I reserved a room for 5 people when I arrived to check in they told me I have a reservation for 5 people and I said yes, also the 2 people at the desk were not using a mask they were not following any time of covid 19 protocol. When I went to my room, the room only have 2 small beds and online it showed me that my room was going to have a living room with a pull out bed but that was not the case. When I told the guy that works there the problem he told me it was not his problem and i has to resolve the problem with Expedia and he also said if I wanted a bigger room I had to pay $30 extra the room was so dirty, the whole hotel smelled so bad for all of those reasons family and I decided to leave, I want a full refund because I didn’t even stay in the hotel room

When we checked in the room was not expected from what we booked. The room was not the cleanest or well maintained. One TV did not work and most of the lamps were unplugged. We used the pullout bed on they did not have pillows in the room or any available in the hotel for my kids to use. The doors from the common areas to the outdoors was not secure. The staff was really friendly.

I read the previous reviews and was a little concerned. However, we found the place to be clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area next to the lake. Our only issue was with the other guests staying at the hotel leaving cigarette buts, beer cans, and trash everywhere. No one but us and the desk clerk wearing a mask. Adults letting their children run up and down the halls late at night screaming and slamming doors.

It had a great view of the lake from the balconies and a gathering area right by the lake. There are steps that go right to the water. There is no beach, but quite nice ambience!
