Modern and clean with friendly staff. Does not have Kaaba view. Only partial Haram view.

First off all check in greeting were terrible ! Then sending luggage to our room were delayed by an hour which lead us delayed our activity. In the room corner side were damp. Bathroom amenities were poor. Fruit basket were never filled nor the table amenities greeting sweet never taken from the room !! WiFi was terrible No WiFi at all. Not the place to return again.

The hotel has an amazing location But the staff are not as friendly or welcoming as expected Rooms are not luxurious like nearby hotels like Conrad but they are very good

It a great hotel, modern, clean and great location close to the Haram

The check in was so smooth and welcoming! Ahmed went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property is a true 5 star and right on the Haram. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Raju from breakfast made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely come back here again.

3 hours wait for check with a baby even when requested an early checkin a month in advance. When asked for water while waiting, charged 5R. Reception staff kept saying 15 more minutes for 3 hours and then tried to give a lower grade room when we had already paid for a higher grade. Room service called at 2:00 am to collect the cart? And wouldn't hang up until I agreed to leave it outside right away. Only 1 cart in the whole hotel? The entire breakfast menue hzs red chilli added regardless if its beet salad or baked potatoes, middle eastern food or continental. Is that a way to make it tasty? Can not control the room temperature. Engineering controls from main area and keeps it at 19 degrees. Called several times to adjust but they won't. If it's not the location would be hard to justify the price and attitude. Find and Alternative if you can.

Service was efficient. We loved the ambience of the hotel and the fact that it is located conveniently near the grand masjid.

This is not my first time visiting Hayat regency Makkah, it’s one of my favorites hotel all over the world as I travel a lot. What makes my stay amazing is the nice greeting and hospitality of Mr. Hani, the restaurant Manager. He has a great talent makes you feel home!

I always stay at the Hilton Suites next door but got a better rate here this time. Breakfast was MUCH better than the Hilton and proximity to the Haram is the same so this will be my choice going forward! Housekeeping staff is excellent.
