Loved it!

Room was clean besides some stains on the desk chair and the sofa seemed to be a tad dusty. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very nice, as was the woman at check out. Room was nicely modern and updated. Nice tv and bathroom. Bed was SUPER comfy that's for sure

Room was very clean! Check in and check out was a so fast and easy. Would definitely stay again. Must say that even though they don’t serve breakfast now the options they have are good!

While the front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, it was rather inconvenient when traveling as the only adult with 3 kids and arrived at 5:00 (3:00 check-in) to find the room was not ready. While I understand they were short staffed and extra cleaning is in place, I wish I would have known or I would not have traveled out of our way to check-in prior to our dinner reservation. I was hoping to get settled and freshen up after a 4 hour car ride. Additionally, there were no linens for the pullout sofa. When I called the front desk to request them, I was told I had to come down to the desk to get them (not a quick trip with 3 kids) and then there were sheets and blanket but no pillow. My son used the blanket for a pillow.

The outdoor spaces and kitchens; upon checkin we were told they didn’t have a room for us, but after complaining came up with one. Really strong perfume smell, no operating windows, missing top sheet and weed smell in hallway.

Extremely clean rooms and shared areas. Friendly staff always willing to help. Pretty decent breakfast included with our room.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was great, and they went above and beyond especially one of them. She was so sweet and very helpful. The room was clean. Good location! Thanks for everything!

The property was excellent, rooms clean, bed and couch comfortable. But that front desk staff....... I had a reservation for 2 nights then at check in I added a another room for one night only , somehow they booked for 2 nights, the rooms are on the same floor 305 and 306 front told me 306 need to checkout at 1pm( late checkout) after spending the day with family I go back to hotel but Im locked out because my 305 was suppose to checkout. Tired kids, crying baby just exhausted trying to explain to the front desk you told me what room to check out so what is the problem??? After 20 mins maybe 30mins it was fixed. OMG !!! Gong round and round about which room was paid for what room we was to check out was something.. I would stay again but I WILL NOT CHANGE ADD ADJUST MY ORGINGNAL RESERVATION
