Loved how close it was and how nice the staff were

El olor a aguas negras y gas metano que sale del desague de la ducha es HORRIBLE e impregna TODO el cuarto. La persona que limpia el cuarto sabe de la situación a la perfección, porque pone una toalla limpia dentro de la ducha tapando el agujero para que el olor no salga :( NUNCA cambiaron las sábanas, solo arreglaban la cama con la misma sabana todos los días. Gracias a Dios que el cuarto era solo para dormir. El staff de recepción con aspecto de Medio Oriente (Varón y hembra) no tienen un ápice de servicio al cliente, pero la chica de Argentina y el chico de España son lo mejor que le ha pasado a ese hotel. Son lo único bueno que podemos señalar durante toda nuestra estadía 10/10. No me volvería a quedar allí si volviera a Roma. No esperaba un palacio ni servicio al cuarto por el precio, pero hay cosas que el hotel no puede darte y una de ellas es PAZ. El ruido de todos los huespedes contiguos se oye a través de todas las paredes y techo, el mal olor del baño, la cama dura, y los anormales de recepción con aspecto árabe, le quitan las ganas a cualquiera de volver. Muy bien localizado, pero con la cantidad casi infinita de hoteles compitiendo en la zona... me hubiera quedado en otro lado. Gracias a la chica de Argentyina y al chico de España por hacer de nuestra estadía una mejor.

Here on our honeymoon. Front desk service was amazing. Rome was amazing! The room itself was OK. Bathroom wasn’t very clean but for a place to sleep while we spent most of our time exploring the city- it met our needs.

I loved this Hotel. It was right off the strip and convenient.

The bathroom was terrible. The water pressure was very low, hot water was limited the shower head gave only trickles of water. You could only see the top of your head in the mirror it was placed way too high. The staff was not very forthcoming with any kind of help.

Receptionist was great, and location was good. Rooms were tidy but there was hair all over bed sheets like small beard hair as if someone shaved over the sheets. Toilet hardly flushed so embarassing to use. Place felt a little grimy and small

Excellent location. Room was very small but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and super effective air conditioning.

Staff were great. They helped alot , very friendly and polite. But we travelled with a toddler, in a stroller, was given the tiniest room, which when they eventually gave us a travel cot , it literally took up all the apare room we had. So we collapsed it and let the baby sleep with us. To get to the actual reception we had to go up and down steps (not accessible for our needs at all. But we atayed in the annexe, which was not even close to the main hotel. It was up the road, even less accessible, the stroller couldnt fit through the door!!! The room had a/c which was nice but the unit that run it was directly outside the bathroom window which meant it was loud and could be heard when it was being used.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really like the way they approach you and always ready to help u .

Property was okay. They pushed 2 twin beds of differing height level together to make a queen sized bed. Kind of odd.
