GREAT LOCATION GREAT STAFF VERY CLEAN PLACE TO STAY WITH UPDATED ROOMS!!!

In need of a major update.

There were roaches everywhere in the first room they gave me. Once she moved us upstairs we didn’t see any. I will never stay there again!!!

TV channel options were 100%. We also had to stay in a different “nicer” hotel on our trip, and the TV channels there were a joke, and that hotel was nearly double what we paid for the BW room. Excellent value for the money, and the TV was icing on the cake. If we have to work in the area again, will definitely be choosing this place to stay. Also, it was near several awesome food options. Waffle House right beside the hotel, several other awesome restaurants nearby. It was pretty clean, as well.

Very clean. Very quiet air coditioning. We slept well.

It’s was good friendly house keepers and laundry

I recently gave a now recanted review for my business trip stays on my review for this property. I had a very long scary night on my last stay at this hotel a little over a week ago. This man stayed to the left of my room just a few rooms from down. He stalked me, looking through my window and I saw him dressed as one person and then he went back to his room and came out with a different face and attire. I thought it was a little bit more to it because I couldn’t seem to wrap my head around this man who is the only person who has been in that room and driving the blue Ford truck parked in front of my window was now dressed as a total different person. He was a white male around 6’ - 6’ 2”, balding hair, glasses and dark brown hair with a little gray in it. The man came back out after stalking me for 5-6 hours straight (terrifying). He was then dressed as a heavy set man with bleach blond hair, glasses and sat in the blue Ford truck in front of my window for an hour and would rev up the truck every time he would jam my cell phones. I had no phone or any device to reach out for help. He had hacked my laptop, iPad and all my phones had “no service” by 5:00 am he had used those devices sitting in the truck right outside my window to hack my phones and all of my accounts and this man is still in all my emails, phones and accounts. I don’t know what this creep wants but I know I definitely wouldn’t have got away from him if this gentleman that saw him in the truck with the devices

Whether you are on a Business, Solo passing through, visiting family, an event... this Best Western property in Pearl (Airport area) off Pearson Rd. will not disappoint you! I have Events in Jackson and the surrounding areas and the other hotels have always disappointed and the staff are not trained to have any type of Customer service skills that you would have to work in the hospitality industry and the fact that Mississippi is known for it’s Southern Hospitality Charm is not what you expect from the other hotels in the area. This property has very well trained staff from the time of checkin to the time of checkout. You can expect to “always” have a clean room no matter what time you arrive here for your stay and you can see that their exterior is well kept as much as the interior. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean, comfortable (best mattresses) nights’ rest. Please don’t choose another hotel over this one because of the nonsmoking only rooms - there are designated places to smoke if you or one of your colleagues/ friends/family member smoke. You will not thank yourself for choosing a place that allows smoking over this hotel but you will thank yourself for choosing this hotel. You are not going to find a better place in the surrounding area. You will be disappointed with the other hotels in one way or another way and you are not going to get a room as clean as this Best Western location. I don’t often do reviews BUT this is one of those diamonds in a rough!
