Best Western Willits Inn

Those hotel looks better in pictures. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though it said smoke free room. Parking was so close that my car got scratched and dented. It did not seem like other best westerns I have stayed in. This one was lacking a lot. My girlfriend complained about something biting her on the face but we could not find any bed bugs. I would avoid this place at all cost. Might be better to camp out or sleep in your car.

Great location but the parking lot is super small.

This was an outdated hotel, but worked for our quick overnight stay while traveling.

This Best Western was unfortunately just "acceptable" for an overnight - it will benefit from some attention. Right off the bat, the door handle came off when opening the door to the room....hey, it worked for a one night stop to get some rest, but if they don't get to work on upkeep soon, once will certainly be enough

A very adequate room that was clean and well kept. Shower was hot and had a good adjustable head so a tall person doesn't have to bend over to get wet. Not going to win any awards for style or decor but for a basic economy room it was very good

Incredibly noisy heater woke us up few times before we decided to turn it off! Lack of parking spaces forced us to park on the street.

They accomodated our every request. Thanks

I have stayed at this hotel several times now. It is extremely over priced for what they offer. The man who works the front desk is rude and unfriendly. I requested any room on the top 2 floors and he said “no problem” then turns around and puts me on the basement floor. The WiFi did not work, the floor was so dirty that it left black footprints when I stepped into the shower and the maid service came in even with a do do not disturb sign on the door. There are many other places to stay in town with much better service and cheaper prices.

I like the location of the property and there is always a parking spot close to your room.
