Grand Pigalle Hôtel

It’s so amazing, and I love their design and also warm service!! Will return again for my next trip!!!!

This is not a 4star hotel as claimed, more like a hostel. Upon arrival at the "hotel" there is no lobby, just a cashier with 1 staff. I chose this place as I see that the reviews are pretty good however, it was nothing like they said. Upon check in, we were told to leave our hotel keys with the cashier everytime we leave the place. Which makes us really uncomfortable about it. Upon arriving at our room, we realised it was nothing like the photos on the listing. It was so tiny we do not have spaces with our opened luggages. The room seems really unsafe with the manual lock considering the rate of thefts in Paris. We called up expedia immediately however Grand Pigalle hotel refuse to let us do a refund, not even partial refund. The room was so bad, we rather let our money down the drain than stay there for even a night. We checked out immediately. It was a bad experience. I took alot of photos of the hotel however it seems i am unable to upload them here.

Gorgeous hotel. Lovely, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Great decor and superb location for exploring the surrounding areas.

This was one of the cutest little hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were clean, the service was amazing and most importantly the view was superb. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony and it was exactly the Parisian experience we were after! Would definitely recommend if your thinking of booking here especially if your coming with your partner or just by yourself or with a friend. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

This hotel is beautifully designed, with so many small design touches. Even though its compact, it's un a brilliant location and has everything you need.

We stayed for three nights recently. room was nicely decorated but in need of some refreshing as were the general areas of the hotel. Staff were friendly but room service was slow and they made errors with basic tea / coffee orders. Lift was out of service for a period which is frustrating when located on 6th floor. breakfast was ok but very basic. Should have kettle in room and room lighting was very poor indeed. Lift was tiny and a real struggle for two people with luggage. Not the best value room charges and there must be better options out there for the money. Wouldn't rush back !

Everything about the Grand Pigalle was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and our bed was comfortable. The whole property was clean and their attention to detail was amazing. My husband and I cannot wait to go back.

The shower didn't drain very well, and got the bathroom floor quite wet. Otherwise great.

I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris! Amazingly friendly staff

Quiet quaint clean room,,great service,,friendly staff...I would definately stay here again
