Other than the fact they try their best to get you to sit thru a seminar to buy into their timeshare, it's a great place to stay.

Amazing stay!! We loved this place so much that we are planning a family trip here with the kids next time.

Facilities nor room were what we expected: no balcony, no water view. Internet was terrible, pool was being serviced And check in process was awful Resulting in an hour delay reaching our room

Check in was a hassle. We stayed in the president's villas but the carpet was stained and dirty everywhere.

Sale person keep pushing for a time share . Told her 5 time no finally had to get manger . Cancel rest of trip . No respect to customer.

The room had a plastic ziplock bag on the floor, which sort of means cleaning was that thorough. Then again, it is an easy thing to overlook. Other than that, the room was really nice. I would've liked an explanation of how the A and B units are setup. We saw a single door and was concerned about walking into some else's room.

Everything was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was perfect size however three roaches came out at night 😬 The villa was equipped with everything super cool.
