Very Clean Staff responsive to needs Good amount of space in the suite

for the size of our room, it was a great value. loved that it was a studio king suite. full kitchen, very clean, and comfortable

This place was dirty the floor in the kitchen was sticky and there was no towel service and they didn’t pick up the trash we had to take out the trash ourselves and the lady at the front desk was rude the dishes in the cabinet was dirty as well

Good value for the price. Good location. Room was okay, not a full suite. Some wallpaper peeling, toilet required extra handle jiggles to stop running. Bed was okay, with outlet on lamp next to the bed.

After staying at a competitors nearby location 2 weeks ago for business, this was a huge improvement! The facility is well-maintained and the staff was helpful and professional. The kitchen was functional, in part due to the open layout. Nice place - I come to the area often for business. I'm likely to stay here again.

Huge rooms. Nice to have a kitchen. Beds were decent. Shower was way too weak. Definite would stay again if I had to. Old Post restaurant down the road was AWESOME. When you pull in it's the first hotel on the left, when directions take you to the back. Just a heads up.

A few notes: 1. It is super hard to find. Look for Italian restaurant called "Pulcinella's" and turn in there -- that's the right turn off and Smart Suites will be on the left. There aren't any signs visible for Smart Suites except from the road once you've already passed it! Hey, management -- a sign BEFORE you missed it would be helpful. 2. In some photos, you can see ovens visible, whereas our room only had a two-burner range, and no oven. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it did force us to change our plans a little. But over all, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. It's nice being able to cook in your room especially during the pandemic when restaurant options are limited. We'd stay here again.

Super clean & comfortable. When here again I will stay in this Smart Suites Hotel. Just perfect.
