Very plush hotel in Shenzhen CBD. Huge room with big floor to ceiling windows and an exceptionally comfortable Emporer size bed! Very good value. Only 1 night unfortunately , but would stay again next to time Shenzhen.

This is at best a 3 star property. “Executive” lounge and offerings were a joke. It exists, but does not live up the star rating. First room smelled of smoke even though whole floor was non-smoking. Requested a rollaway bed - less comfortable than the sofa, it bowed down like a hammock. Concierge could point to area restaurants, but not much else. Only benefit is proximity to MRT station and several shopping malls including IN TOWN which had great food options. Will skip this property and other Wyndhams going forward. Terrible experience for family trip

The door near the sink cannot be closed properly. The bathtub cannot store the hot water. The water speed from the bathtub is a bit slow. It is still a nice hotel and I will be back if they fixed these problems. (very quiet and I am recharged)

The room was spacious and well decorated. I particularly liked the high ceiling. I also got upgraded to a larger room with good view. The downside was the room temperature was fixed and cannot be adjusted, even though I tuned down temperature by using the control panel.

When I booked, I had specify there were 4 adult. When I arrived I found out the suite was not really design for 4 adult stay so we had to add two beds. The added beds' condition was not at the best condition. The springs on both bed were all worn. I am surprise Expedia and Wyndham had allow me to book a room design for two when we have a party of four.

Mirror was broken and they just put a sticker on it. Used cigarette on the floor while it is even a so called non smoking room. Tried to arrange birthday cake beforehand but it was not even available. Staff claimed they would replace it with fruits but again not available before we checked out. We won’t go back anymore.

Enforcement of rule/regulation. I requested and got a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. But my first afternoon nap was interrupted by a strong cigaret smoke that poured in from the connected room next door. When I questioned the smoke detector system, the staff lightly mentioned that it was not functional. This is a safety issue! And when I pointed out the notice of government regulation on non-smoking and fine of 500 yen, the manager responded that they had no authority to stop the offender! Is it not the right of property owner to enforce regulation within their property? The safety deposit box has a hole for a power line connecting the inside of the box to the outside socket. What happens if there is a power outage? Can't open the box or the box will open by itself? Weird - I have never seen anything like this in 60 years of travelling. The room is rather dimmed. The house keeping staff is wonderful - friendly and helpful!
