Motel 6 Jackson, TN

I booked a room and when I got up to the counter the girl at the desk said she had sold all the rooms. After 7+ hours of driving I was not happy. She then proceeded to go out and smoke a cigarette and did not answer the phone. I called hotels.com so I could get my money back and even the hotels.com people couldn’t get through. Horrible facility.

Not for your family. Dark, dinghy, and not very clean. Bathrooms need renovations. Loud noises and bad vibes included free in ever room. We travel across the country and just need a play to sleep. Motel 6 always seems to be a affordably stay. This was the worst.

There were cockroaches in the bathtub. I saw one before we went to bed and there were three of them when my husband got up during the night. There was water leaking from the base of the toilet and there was a spot there that looked like mold. There was also mold in the shower, along with soap scum stains. The mattresses were ok, but the pillows were flat and lumpy. We checked out early (around 7 am) and nobody was at the front desk. We could see a guy sitting in the back room, dozing at a computer monitor. We tried unsuccessfully to get his attention, then just put the card keys at the counter and left.

Check in looked like a construction site. The room door rubbed so hard I had to bump it with my shoulder. No paper holder in toilet. Heater so loud I had to bump the TV up 4 times to hear then down 4 after it shut off. Stuff in room had slight odor?

Friendly staff. Disappointed with the smell and room was not clean. I have a toddler and had to clean and disaffected the floors, tv stand, table, etc

The double queen room that we requested was first filled with a king bed and was easily changed to 1 queen and a sofa bed. We wanted 2 queens but it was unavailable. We did find a $1 in the sofa bed when we unfolded it... hoping the sheets were clean.

Place definately needs redo ..wifi slow..hot water faucet in bathroon on right..no shampoo..door very hard to close..no coffee even in lobby..just bad

Disgusting condition. Room smelled like BO/Cat Pee. Hairs on Tub inside & Bathroom Floor. Pee Stains on Toilet. Bedside table had yellow sticky liquid. No Remote for TV. Only lamp had blown bulb. Construction Mess everywhere. Front desk person NEVER wore a mask - in my 6 interactions with him. How do they stay in business??????

It was very unsanitary! The bed covers and sheets were stained, I didn’t even stay, I was wondering if I could be refunded my money? It was that bad! Crumbs were on the bed from the previous customer..
