The owners are very friendly and polite, will be staying here every time i return to ruidoso

Close to all the restaurants and downtown. We got to see snow covered mountains up close!

Outstanding customer service in front desk. Rooms are very clean, I think they need new furniture, it’s getting old.

Very spacious and decent apartment/condo. Some of the living room furniture was dated and a bit worn, but it was clean and big enough to accommodate a family of four without stepping all over each other. Quick to get here from the race track. Full kitchen is nice if you want to cook and avoid eating in restaurants every day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pinecliff Village is an older property with little no upgrades in a 10+ years. However it was clean and some what welcoming. The front office lady was awesome and very knowledgeable about the property and about Ruidoso.

Clean property! Our cabin was accommodating and we enjoyed our stay!

We liked how it was close to where we were going. It is a cute place and it felt like home but somewhere else. This place is a wonderful place to go.

We are there to sleep an the beds (Mattresses) were horrible it seems as if you were sleeping on springs an very hard. They need variety of pillows also.The sleeper sofa needs cleaning when you sit on it you could feel that it was dirty an the tub needed cleaning or needs to be up dated. The carpet also needed updating felt dirty. Other than that staff very nice outside nice an quite.
