A dining area would be nice. The open empty space is a bit awkward. If they had bar staff and an eatery to liven the place up that would fill the void.

Unfortunately I should have read the reviews before booking this property and then take on board what I read was recent! I stayed Feb 2022 and paid over $200 for one night. I chose this place for the restaurant and gym. Well the restaurant isn’t functioning it is up for lease and the gym wasn’t functioning or if that’s what they call a functioning gym they need to think again - gross. My keys along with everyone else’s was left at reception (not manned). Anyone could have just walked in, looked for a female or male and waited in the room. It was quite scary entering my room that I left the door wedged open why I looked around. The door also doesn’t automatically lock. Id go out and come back and realise what I’d done. The best thing about the place is the lakes, nice to go for a run and also the cafe they recommend for breakfast just 100m up the road in the shopping complex. People were very friendly and food and coffee was great. The hotels has the bones to be a good hotel but the money you pay definitely isn’t worth it at the moment, I hope things change. Review to summarise “Definitely not like the brochure”

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, huge rooms, lovely bathroom. Very quiet and everything at your doorstep. Easy walk to shops, takeaway, cafe and tavern. Everything was clean and friendly staff. Would definitely be happy to stay again

My second stay here and both times we had no soap in the shower tissue box was not full toilet paper was half full on the roll just little things were not up to scratch on the 1st day checking in. It is not a cheap hotel so I just expected things to be replaced or at least full when we 1st arrived. Other then that it's clean good location with plenty around the hotel.

A lovely quiet place to stay. The staff were amazing. My son decided to sleep walk (for the first time ever) around our floor in the middle of the night, and the lady on the desk was just so helpful and compassionate and supportive of this terrified mother. She really helped more than she knows and I can never thank her enough for her calmness and caring. I was so frazzled I didn't even catch her name. Thank you thank you thank you.
