PP Princess Resort

Nice hotel in the heart of the Pi Pi action. Predictably younger crow (felt a bit out of place at 29). Check-in was a bit awkward, but other than that the staff were welcoming. Villa room with shared private pool was nice, but could use better AC. Surrounding area is terrific and you are so incredibly close to it when staying at PP Princess. Great pool for lounging during the day and decent food/drink prices. Would come back if I ever make it to PP again.

The private pool villa is outstanding I would return to phi phi just to stay there. It was a highlight of our whole thailand trip. I was less impressed by service. The way they try to nickel and dime you at checkout is absurd. They tried to withhold my deposit for disposable slippers and shampoo bottles. Like are they seriously recycling slippers and charging me to use their shampoo and conditioner for a $300/night villa??

Beautiful property right on the beach. All employees were very sweet and helpful with all our needs. Would stay here again most definitely!

The place is too noicy - breakfast ok - be good to youre self and find another place - stayed just one night wven if i had reserved four nights

Hotel was great, perfect location. The staff was at your service and very helpful. My only issue are the beds, they were very hard and you could feel the springs while laying down.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Sad we only got to stay there for one night could spend a lift time there!! So welcoming and comforting from arriving, throughout and too checking out. It was my partners birthday and they sent a birthday cake to the room for him making his birthday treat even more special. Will be recommending to friends and family and will look forward to a return to this resort.

Great facilities, close to everything but still quiet enough to enjoy...

We wanted to say that we loved this stay but there a couple of issues we couldn’t shake. To start though, we can say that the staff was very friendly. Our room was located right next to a night club so we could hear the vibrations through our pillows as we went to sleep. We are 25 years old and this even bothered us. Additionally, our bathroom reeked of septic backup and even after we told them, nothing was done. Probably not something guests should be breathing in. The shower kept backing up and flooding and we tried to not think about what could be in the water back up. Lastly we we checked out they called housekeeping to review our review to see if we used the minibar and such. Upon review they found a washcloth that had mud on it from a hike we had done the day prior. They then proceeded to bring the washcloth to the reception desk and hold it up for us and every other guest in the area to see it and then charged us for it. It was a very bizarre and embarrassing moment as we felt the need to share with the lobby that they were looking at mud. We debated writing a review but we felt the negative sides should be shared about our stay as we did not have the best stay. Other than these, the resort was nice but we feel we did not get what we paid for with the standards we were dealing with.

1 night stay. All went well, the breakfast was decent for the hotel tier. Our room was clean and fully functuonal. The mattress was a little hard and I dont like the policy of dropping my room key off when leaving the hotel.
