Avalon Appart'Hotel Paris Gare du Nord

Clean and comfy, unusual lay out but great for a family of 4 like us. Two fans left in the room (thank goodness as heatwave in Paris). Complimentary bottles of water were a very nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very close to Gare de Nord, very comfortable. Rooms slept 4 which isn’t easy to find in Paris. Lobby and Coffee area could use a facelift but otherwise not bad for the price.

Although in a good situation the hotel was not what we expected. It was not an apartment but just a hotel room with extra beds. The room was very small so with even 1 extra bed you could not swing a cat. OK if you are sharing with small kids but not if you have teenagers

Lovely greeting at check in, friendly staff, great location for Gare de Nord

The hotel was nice on the cleanliness but the thing is the hot water got problem suddenly, they didnt change the tissue in our restroom. The real problem was the girl who work in the middle hours (before midnight shift), the way she gave service is really really BAD!
