The hotel is in desperate need of updating!! There was mold in the shower and the tile was gross. The toilet was not secure and they ran out of clean towels! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Room was not very clean, we had to come and stay because our power went out because of the Tropical Storm Eta. Our baby’s feet were black after walking around on the floor. It was laminate, so there’s no reason for that except it was not very clean. We had to ask for a plunger because maintenance was not available. Overall great area, but the rooms could use updating and to be cleaned more thoroughly and I think the hotel should also go ahead and take down that breakfast is included, because of COVID, it is not and prices should reflect that.

Good location. Easy checkin. Nice staff. It was a bit rowdy with some type of loud party. My ten year old didn’t feel comfortable. The elevator broke and I have a disability. Need to replace common area carpets with tile. Light the parking lot better. Showers were hot and TV worked well. Beds were good. Ice machine was great to fill cooler for water on course. For $74 and next door to PGA, I can look past all the bad stuff. It’s a place to sleep.

Convenient

Looks nice from the outside. I booked this property because it had good ratings. How it has good ratings is beyond me. Room was spacious but it was not clean. It smelled like mold and there was black mold in the shower and bathroom vent. The handle on the hair dryer was sticky like it has never been cleaned. In the time of a pandemic one there is no excuse for this. There was a half used bottle of shampoo on the floor of the shower stall. Seriously?? The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. The front desk had to re-program my key 4 times before it finally worked. There are better properties in this area, My Wife was miserable due to her allergy to mold. Had it not been 1am when we checked in we would have insisted on a refund and found another property. The property is in need of repairs, updates and cleaning. Avoid!!

It was a beautiful hotel but the doors need to be worked on all I heard all night and morning long was the doors slamming

The attendant was nice and did the best he could. The hotel is terrible. The rooms all smelled like mildew, the door to the rooms had large gaps to the door frame and there was mildew on the surfaces in the room. Even the suites that the attendant tried to give us were this way. The attendant told us that they wouldn’t even sleep here and was coughing after entering the rooms. The carpets were dirty. Stay Away!!! Is sleep on the beach before here!
