stayed one night ,overpriced , not hotel it is apartment , guest house , to be Honest this place is good as they have great welcome and they are very nice and over welcome but I prefer hotels. It is perfect to one who wants to visit the Vatican only

The room and lighting was too dark. The location and neighborhood was excellent. The host and hired help was above and beyond great. Breakfast was good if you got the eggs. Not sure if one had to be first or if it was random

Very close walk to Vatican and many restaurants in the area. Convenient location to bus and Metro. Would definitely stay here again when in Rome.

This is a basic room in Rome, which means you’ll have a bathroom and a bed, and not much else. There is a very small kitchen with some amenities available, and a nice little dining area you can use for takeaway food. You cannot cook in the kitchen, although I’d gladly have paid more for the option of using the stove. The location relative to the Via Ottaviano Metro stop, the Trionfale district, and Vatican City is wonderful. Just remember. You’re largely paying for location and not for a large fancy room and you’ll be fine. The staff is actually very nice, and I feel the need to comment on this. Before we arrived, they gave me check-in instructions and a phone number to text 30 minutes before arrival. This is the first hotel in Rome I’ve been to (and I’ve stayed in 6) that accommodated an early check-in with absolutely no hassle. I can’t begin to describe how nice it is to check in right after a flight and a train ride. This is a no-frills, location-based hotel with very good service and a nice included breakfast (salame, cornetti, cappuccini, yogurt). It’s located at the intersection of the Trionfale and Prati neighborhoods, and is a stone’s throw away from great markets, restaurants, and bakeries.

Hostess went out of her way to please us! Shuttle service to the airport was excellent. Nothing but praise for this budget location within easy walking distance to the Vatican.

THE place to stay when in Rome

This was our 2nd stay and it didn't disappoint. Clean, quiet and safe. Great location-a 5 minute walk to the Vatican.Easy to reach- bus from the airport to Termini train station (6 euros), 5 stops on metro (less than 2 euros), and 5 minute walk. Pratinn feels like a cosy, authentic home. While some of the rooms are small, they provide everything you need, including coffee and tea, hairdryer, safe, over and above other more standard room facilities. Breakfast (incl), can be eaten on the patio, where you can watch all the activity of the city, or just sit out and read and relax. Much better than an impersonal hotel for a lot less money.. Cyntia, the manager, not only extended our check out time (very dependent on the check-in time of the next guest), but allowed us to store our luggage, and have use of the patio for seven hours beyond our check out time. We cannot say enough positive things about Pratinn- when in Rome we will not stay anywhere else.

Good location, just a few minutes away from Vatican and tube station isn’t so far away. We took the bus from Fiumicino and it was about 20 minutes from bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable with in-suit shower room. There was a kettle and a mini fridge. Tea and bottled water were provided as well as small toiletries and slippers. A nice little breakfast was served in the kitchen and we were told that we could use the kitchen if desired. There’s a balcony where breakfast can be served, weather depending. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is not open 24h, but we received keys for the front door and gate. Mobile numbers were provided if we needed to contact them and it was easily done via txt or WhatsApp message. Overall we were pleased with our stay :)

Entspricht nicht den Bildern im Internet. Unterkunft befindet sich etwa 250m vom Vatikan entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine 4-Raumwohnung mit einer Küche für die Allgemeinheit. Im Gegensatz zu den Bildern lädt diese Unterkunft nicht zum Verweilen ein. Zimmer mit defektem Mobiliar, Bad mit Schimmel und Vorhänge, welche schon längere Zeit keine Waschmachine mehr gesehen haben. Küche und Frühstücksecke sehr dreckig, benutztes Geschirr, welches erst über den Tag gereinigt wurde, stand überall herum. Achtung beim Verzehr der angebotenen Lebensmittel. Abgelaufene Milchprodukte bis hin zu verdorbener Milch welche am Kaffeeautomaten hängt. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und würden es niemandem empfehlen.
