Our room was beachfront, really lovely. Disappointed with the sewage gas smell in our room
It was great, the staff was excellent
Very underwhelming, pictures on the website are not a fair reflection, did not like how stray cats were in the restaurant I am allergic so this was not ideal for me at all and people should not be allowed to feed them. One positive- staff all very pleasant.
There are a few things that could make this a much better place. First - the menu is terrible and the food is not very good. It is over-priced for the portion size and the selection is extremely limited. Also, the beach is filled with trash. Just a few hours of work to pick up the garbage would make a huge difference in the quality of the beach. I know it is garbage that washes in from the ocean and not just people dumping, but if the staff made an effort to clean it, it would show greater appreciation for the environment. Also, it is the World Cup but they only had one television playing in a crowded area even though there were many tvs around the resort they never would turn them on.
Did not experience any problems. Personnel were very helpful.
Was an awesome stay, enjoyed the sea view and swimming. Only problem I noticed was the food , no variety and not so fresh . Otherwise the stay was great
It's Complicated to check in.clients who have already reached the hotel should be facilitated by paying cash without going through too many process of checking online .slow service from groomers, the food is nice but staff shoud get some training on hospitality.too much familiarity with the guests is not a good thing.apart from those few things that, didn't went well , we can recommend it to a friend.
Very good and clean rooms, very specious room size. Bathroom need little upgrade, but clean. We had HB- Food was okay, nothing amazing. Could do little improvement need on food. Not much choice and bit bland. Everyone was bit unhappy.
We got a very cheap last minute price via Expedia but reading some negative reviews we didn't know what to expect. We liked Paridise Beach Resort. As others have mentioned you can't swim in the sea but there is a nice sandy beach & surrounding gardens with 'loungers' & a few hammocks. Also area beside pool. We went to the other beach & it was even nicer & we were able to swim. We had lunch there & were very disappointed by the food & thought it was expensive compared to other better hotels on the island. We went B&B and you can buy a buffet lunch for $17 or dinner $25 (including 1 drink). We upgraded to inclusive for $35 pp for the last day. The buffet food was OK rather than good. The furniture around the resort was very interesting, often made out of old boats. The rooms however are more basic, we had a double bed & a single bed in a large open area. The single bed was a proper mattress & big enough for an adult. Our first room was near to the kitchen & the drone of the ventilation kept me awake, they moved us to another room nearer the sea, which was much nicer. Both bathrooms were functional rather than luxurious. There is also the 'Ala Cart' restaurant beside the 'Zanzi Bar'. The food there was better than buffet. We stayed 3 nights & 2 nights at another hotel & 1 night in Stonetown. There's not much to do so a change of scenery was welcome. It was good to stay in Stonetown but probably better to go only for a few hours. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
The facility was very good but we were disappointed with the room We were a family of 6 so we had a family room but it only had 1 bathroom- not good! Mosquito nets were in very poor condition so we were bitten relentlessly. Staff did what they could to help
