TV wasn’t working and neither was the phone. There was a funky smell too.

Place need to be completely refurbished....not what it shows in the pics......bads where old and not comfortable...paint In the bathroom coming off the wall ...carpet to the room is filthy ...and more

This place is terrible it’s not worth the money find another place for this rate, no free breakfast as advertised due to covid but they do not tell until you wake up in the morning and the cafe is closed. The treat you like a criminal and security chases you out of the parking lot. You can’t get in to check in because the doors are locked. They are sick and unethical here. Never coming back again.

Not a very safe area and my a/c didnt work. The room reaked of smoke..marijuana smell.

I liked how convenient the location was; from the different food establishments to Midtown Atlanta. The staff was courteous, kind, and followed COVID-19 protocols. The room could’ve been thoroughly checked given there were some things left behind unclean. However, the stay was peaceful.

Hotel was okay. The hotel is really secured no key card no entry.Staff was okay everyone besides the indian guy in the afternoons he was really rude.

When we 1st arrive we had to wait in the to be let inside lobby due to COVID. No problem I understood but what I could understand the front desk clerk kept walking pass the window without saying anything. It turns out the General Manager was sitting right beside the window & was on her phone. Long story short, the GM ended up checking us in, we had booked 2 rooms & it was only showing up one. The GM was trying to give directions but I told her I'm having a hard time understand her accent. She went OFF to the point we almost fought. She finally threw & I mean threw me my keys to both rooms & the hallways smelled just like smoke! It's not smoke free & in one of the rooms had half bottles of soda on the table & Cheetos on the floor. You'll think due to Covid they would have step up but NOPE. I wanted my money back to book at another hotel but they was only offering a gift card that can only be used at their hotels!!! Don't stay here. Nope

First of all they kept trying to charge my card when I chose the Pay at the hotel option they charged me for 1 night kept charging different amounts for payment they night attendent wasn't helpful at all got to room it was freezing an no hot water in the tub an wouldn't come to room to check it out got moved to 2nd floor the smell was horrible checkout charged my card when sitting in car.

Hotel rooms were very clean and staff very good. Price per night good. Biggest concern was paper thin walls, could hear tv and people talking in adjacent room. Hard to sleep with noise. Good beds.

My stay was good. Other than when we left out Saturday morning I asked the housekeeper to clean oir room and give us fresh lien. When we returned layer that night the room wasn't cleaned no fresh lien and our trash can wasn't changed other than that the bed was realky comfortable
