SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

Stayed here for a 2nd time in 5 years, to visit sesame place across the street. Hotel is nice. Normally has a great breakfast spread and pool,but due to covid pool was closed, and breakfast was minimal.

Everything was going perfect. I got a huge room. However, when we got back to hotel at night got ready to go to bed with my kids, we lift the first sheet and we saw blood droplets, my daughter was horrified and felt unsafe. We went to the front desk and we explained to them what we saw if they wouldn't mind give us more sheets they agreed but I felt like they didn't believe me. I took pictures as proof of my experience... like come on we still during a pandemic and that was unacceptable. I know mistakes happen but they really have to be more careful. Other than that the room itself was good size for 2 adults and a child and pretty close to sesame place which was our main purpose of our trip.

Horrible experience- I have gone to this hotel frequently when going to sesame as it is literally across the street. But NEVER EVER going there again. 1. Bathroom - by the toilet the walls had urine and urine piling on back of toilet on floor. There was also two spots of dried fecal matter on the floor by the right side of toilet. 2. Wall had some splatter of blood or ketchup who knows because I’m not going to investigate that. 3. The comforter and bed sheets were old and had ruing as well as blood stains that probably just never came out but come on your a hotel. Throw it out. 4. Mattresses were old and caved in middle. As well as sofas cushions were horrible. If I saw this all when I checked in - I would never have stayed and demanded a new room. But we left our luggage and headed to sesame right after so didn’t notice till the next day when we got back early from sesame. And by then we leave the next night - so we didn’t use any of the dirty stuff and we wear shoes all the time anyway in hotels and thank goodness. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I told staff as I checked out and they just said ok we will tell cleaning staff. During these covid times - this was just not acceptable.

There were several stains on the fitted sheet and the loose sheet had a gross spot on it that concerned me if it had been changed or not.

The room and the reception staff were very nice. However, I have been trying to resolve a billing issue arising from the hotel charging me for my room even though it was prepaid with hotels.com. I have left 5 messages for the Manager, Gustavo to call me to resolve this. His staff assured me each time that he would call me right back, but that has not happened. On the last call, I confirmed with the staff member that she had given him my last message, she was surprised that he had not called me back, told me that he was in his office and that she was transferring me. No one picked up. I give this hotel manager an F. He treats his customers poorly, with disrespect and is a sad reflection on the Marriott brand name! My company will be taking its business to other local hotels.

Towel rack kept falling off wall, no pool time allowed , grab and go breakfast was not worth it , most suites that have a separate living room area have another tv there . Could not see tv from 2nd bed , and they charged for parking that was not advertised ahead

Overbooked the hotel and told us they did not have our room that we had paid for two nights.

It is in walking distance to sesame which is good. We arrived 1.5hrs after check in time and still had to wait another hour to check in. Rooms are not cleaned (because of covid) daily. No one informed us of this, nor told us to leave our garbage out. The worst part is that this is suppose to be family friendly but I was barely able to sleep from the blasting music and large partying going on right outside my window until past 2 am. These were hotel guest, on hotel property, partying in the parking lot.

THERE WERE PINK STAINS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. AND DIRTY STAINS ON THE COUCH.

The staff were very nice professional and informative. The room was great ,clean and spacious enough to accommodate myself and my children
