Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

Hotel is ok for a quick drop in. Parking is free. My room smelled like smoke and had tk change rooms only a few hours being there. The process was smooth until I found out I was charged for the day and room resort fees.

My stay was amazing. The professionalism was outstanding.

I was staying pre-op. Disappointed in the odor (smelled like there had been a previous fire). There was NO food/beverages on property except for vending machines (vending way over priced). There were restaurants within walking distance, not looking forward to going out after settled in. Breakfast done by 9:00 am. Info of TV menu F&B info outdated.

I needed to change or cancel my reservation ut they were rude and unpleasant at the front desk absolutely no courtesy to the guest.

It was a good stay and the staff was very nice.

convenient location yo shopping snd airport schutte. But I was very disappointed that my request for adjoining rooms was not accommodated, even though I booked both rooms in my name. I was also very alarmed the chaos next door that prompted the police to show up!

I chose to stay at this hotel as I had heard great things from personal friends. I was not impressed at all. I paid the extra money for breakfast to be included, then was kept awake til 3 am by what sounded like a child running around on the floor above. Needless to say I woke up late in the morning due to being kept awake, was woken up to a knock on my door from housekeeping just after 10 AM and missed breakfast. Now when I checked in I was not given any info on times for breakfast or even check-out. Then when I went to the desk after waking up I was told There was a "handy" paper with everything written on it I could have taken.....Had I been handed or offered this at check-in I would have known, but I had my bags in one hand and my other is in a thumb spica cast because I have a broken wrist. Absolutely not pleased.

There was plenty to do in the area. The location was great. The staff was friendly.

We booked this trip the morning of our stay. I filtered my search by "pet friendly" hotels as I was traveling with my dog. After which I booked a room with a king size bed. Once we arrived, the front desk notified me that there would be a $75 pet cleaning fee. I understand having to pay extra for pets is standard, but $75 seems a bit excessive. I likely would've booked somewhere else had I known ahead of time. Then I was notified that they didn't have any rooms with king-sized beds available. I asked how that could be and was told that booking through a "third-party" doesn't guarantee you the room you booked. Other than that, the stay was fine. Good location as far as nearby shops and restaurants.

The personnel were so nice, friendly, accommodating efficient. I understand you will be undergoing. A change in employees. WhT a shame!!!
