Front Desk staff were helpful and nice, however the Hotel was in extremely poor condition and was not clean. It has insects in the room which was not very pleasant, I booked for 4 nights but did not spend 1 night in the room as I needed to stay in a cleaner accomodation

Location was ok. Close to metro and easy to get taxi when needed. Stores were close by if you needed CLEANING SUPPLIES for your room to give it a good scrubbing before using it. Such as the bathroom and kitchen.

Overall experience was okay - a lot of shops close by - close to metro. But the hot plate didn’t work well we didn’t end up cooking anything, tv had issues (remote had no cover), washroom wasn’t super clean. Bed was good and staff was very responsive and nice. Overall ok experience, 1 time stay.

Not so good there was only 1towel and then we phoned reception for more hours later we had to phone again and much later we got a extra towel next day same thing only one towel was left.

Low price and fair hotel. Mainly good for location
Hotel is about 300 meters from Al Riga metro station along with a cellphone store to buy a local sim card. We checked in to room 407 and we were 2 people but only had 1 towel. Room service cleaned up the room but only left 1 towel. We had to steal A floor mat towel from the house keeping wagon in order to have a few extra towels after the shower. The mattress was not good. You can feel the springs. When I turned the mattress over to the other side you felt the springs even more. AC was grate, Microwave fridge and hot water kettle are grate. TV is OK with just about 2 news stations (cnn and some other) and MBC2 arab movie channel in English. Roof top pool opens at 9am till 6pm so can't review. Also available a gym on the 6th floor. The front desk are very helpful and held our luggage (5 suitcases and a guitar) from check out time till 5pm when we came back in a taxi to collect our stuff. Dunking donuts baskin roubin, Burger king and lots of places to eat are up to 600 meters away (to the right after you walk out of the hotel) on the main road. Wi-Fi was ok but keep in mind in Dubai you can't make watsapp calls as the government blocks this option. You can send a voice msg and use the call option if you have a VPN installed (but this is nothing to do with the hotel) Hot water in the shower is not very hot and you need to 1- wait 2- turn the faucet to the RIGHT not to the LEFT

Just Terrible
I reached the room to notice that the saftey locker wasn't working and the flush tank was leaking. The sofa looked like someone had dinner on it without a plate. It was filthy, I did not touch the sofa once. I found small cockroaches dead in the bathroom and Throughout my stay for 5 days not once was the soap or other toiletries replaced. Sometimes the towels were taken but not replaced with an new one. I just wanted to finish off my 5 days there and get out. Never going back there again.
