Hotel it’s Nice , better breakfast ever , but the receptionist on the front desk are very rude and unhelpful, ( except the waiters on the restaurant area ) the lady who check people to breakfast wasn’t friendly and the elevators aways broke at least one of the 2 available , never come back for the rudeness

Quase excelente!

Nossa 2ª estadia no hotel, precisam melhorar o atendimento ao check in, usar um sistema para a ficha de cadastro, toda vez que hospedamos temos que preencher uma ficha, que no mínimo depois de um tempo deve ser jogada fora, motivo de ter dado apenas uma estrela em ecossustentabilidade. Não faz sentido ficha manual na era do digital. Outra coisa que sempre temos problemas são com os cartões para abrir as portas, é um sofrimento, cartão da muito erro e você fica uns minutos tentando abrir. No meu ponto de vista, precisa ajustar esses 2 pontos.

Um atendimento mecânico, até evitava falar ou questionar, quando precisei p entender sobre a limpeza do quarto pois estava indo para o segundo dia sem limpeza, automaticamente me mostraram as regras me interrompendo, em fim boa localização para quem quer ficar no centro mas um hotel mediano, acredito que tem melhores na redondeza.

Cucarachas en la habitación, toallas sucias y rotas, moho en la piscina, barandilla rota en la piscina y ruido del motor de una cocina (eso me dijero) en la habitación. No sé dónde estaban las cuatro estrellas del hotel. Meses después, sigo eso a que respondan a mí queja.

Gostei muito da experiência o hotel tem uma localização muito boa, na lapa perto de tudo, restaurantes supermercados , farmácias etc só não gostei mais pq a piscina está em reforma e não pudemos usufruir acho q deveriam comunicar no ato da reserva, o q não aconteceu… e a previsão para reinauguração da piscina só julho… no mais foi bom
