Villa Italia South Beach – Miami Beach

The only thing I can complain about is the guest bathroom downstairs had a exit door to a small alley which was not locked and hotel staff did not have keys to lock it, was a little uncomfortable to sleep knowing you had no control of who can come in and out.

My stay here was good. I was expecting shuttle service as per listed as amenities and a pool that was also listed as amenities that was not here.

Our 2-night stay was wonderful. Hotel room was large and bathroom was nice. Our pod coffee maker didn't work and a towel bar was missing in the bathroom which gave that room a bit of a low class feel (the wall brackets for the towel rack were still in place). Many, many restaurants within walking distance. The valet parking was seamless. The daily resort fee is just plain silly. The breakfast is pretty sad...some hot dogs in simmering water, three of four slices of ham and cheese and some packaged cupcakes. They had some whole fruit and you could make a boiled egg. The coffee was good and the service person was lovely. We ate there the first morning and my husband refused to go there the second time.

A nice, quiet boutique hotel in a great section of SB. The staff was very friendly and the room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom as well.

It was very comfortable quaint location was best I wil stay there again
