Pros: location, plenty of staff, beautiful pools/beach, clean, safe, spacious suites Cons: furniture not functional, no in-room safe, beds very hard/uncomfortable, housekeeping inconsistent, towel stand closes 3 hours before the pool Overall enjoyed our stay as a couple with two teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay! Everyone was very kind and helpful and accommodating. We had trouble with our WiFi and they quickly had their IT person fix it! Loved being just steps to the best snorkeling ever. Highly recommend spending your vacation here. We made memories to cherish a lifetime!!

The hotel is very nice. The room were a little dated and didn’t have all the supplies you would want if you wanted to cook in a lot. The pools are beautiful. They staff is very nice and accommodating. The area, Wedy Bay has great beaches and plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Most the people staying there have been multiple times. Overall a great resort and location. We will be back.
